For a mall, dining experience, the atmosphere was absolutely delightful. The place was super clean good visuals. Very comfortable atmosphere. The attendant was super efficient and I can drink the gravy. It’s so good that’s all I have to say.

Came here and ordered 2 burgers and a poutine and chilli cheese fries. The employee taking me and my girlfriends order was incredibly rude, ordered my order and said “ she wants the exact same thing “ so went through all the questions of the burger and offered her a single double or triple. So I said can I make mine a triple and was told no that’s not part of your combo you can’t have that very ignorantly. Then we waited over 40 minutes and watched other people get their food, not sure but maybe 2 burgers and fries is a lot of work? When we got it the burgers were completely wrong and chilli cheese fries had no cheese poutine gravy was ice cold we went to complain and was told to come back next time try again. Which I will never be coming back

Super long wait time, increadably expensive (2 adults 2 kids 88$ and we didn't order much) food was ok at best, sandwich was tasty but small. not worth the price.
Will not return, much better foods and better prices in the local area.

Just had an Original Poutine and it was absolutely delicious. Home made fries, tasty gravy and just the right amount and hot to the end. Lots of cheese curds all through. One of the best I have had in quite some time.

Absolutely love their food. Quality made. Felt awful for the two workers on today who were working extremely hard just for a bunch of rude customers to yell at them for “taking too long”. It was the middle of lunch rush, they had about 8 online orders to work on, one of their staff was a trainee, and they had a sick call. Meaning not only were they working twice as hard, one of them was still trying to LEARN the ropes. These two young men deserve a pay rise!

Great spot, and the food is excellent. But I ordered / paid for a poutine but only received a plain fries. Not the end of the world, but I am pretty disappointed, wanted to try their poutine :(
