My family bought me a pita with chicken and bacon. It was disgusting. The bacon had old grey pieces and not cooked pieces. I could taste it right away. Old and new (not cooked) is so yuk. Had to throw it out ao turned off. Sad to pay that much. I had a pita in St. Stephen's a couple weeks ago and it was perfect but didn't ask for bacon when ordered there.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered three items through Door Dash. They made every one of those items wrong. One pita was missing its sauce, the spice and 5 out of the 7 items requested. The other two items were missing one to two veggies. After we called, our situation was rudely discussed between them for 10 minutes with us hearing everything. The solution was for us to bring the pitas back within the hour for them to remake them. We would not if Door Dashed if we were allowed to leave our Hositpal Department. Never again for this department.

It was my first time calling them, and the girl was really rude and poor English communication her name is Vishali, I asked her if I can talk to manager first she says yes and later when I complained she said manager isn’t there.Doesn’t know how to communicate and very rude.Please manager and employer train your staff how to talk to customers.

First time ever in a pita pit. Got a chicken shawarma amd was actually decent. Got the regular size and it was pretty small. My partner got a southwest chicken shawarma and both were pretty good but portion size was quite small for the price payed. Neither of us were filled up. Cost $27 for the 2 but definitely not worth the price we payed.We kind of felt rushed to get out but it wasn't even busy.(Unfortunately we were very hungry and forgot to take pics of the food.)
I can't say enough about Pita Pit. I'm allergic to gluten and dairy and they always make my food safe for me. It's always delicious ❤️
