“Extremely disappointing experience at Pita Pit Truro. The portions were noticeably smaller than usual, and the staff displayed unprofessional behavior by refusing to acknowledge their mistakes and engaging in arguments instead of providing solutions. As a loyal customer of over 10 years, I have never encountered service this poor. Owner was present and has no Curtesy to listen and walk a way. Unfortunately, this reflects a complete lack of customer care.”

Very good food, fresh, good variety of ingredients and sauces. Good price as well. Pita, bowls, sides options are also good for kids, smoothies, etc. The 3 staff that were there today at lunch were all very nice and patient. We were there with a toddler and a baby and the staff recommended good options for the kids (we didn't want sauces that were spicy) and they were very kind to us. The place was clean, the bathrooms were cleaned as well. We definitely recommended going there. Thank you!

I ordered my usual order (chicken souvlaki pita) through door dash. The door dasher was great but I was prettt disappointed in the food itself. It felt bland and lazy, like it was just veggies thrown into a pita. Usually the sauces coat everything so nicely, but it felt like the sauces and feta were skimped on. I got 2 sauces plus hummus and tzatziki and it was a lot of lettuce and just kinda dry and bland. Felt like the effort lacked because I didn't order it in store. They didn't have the pop that was listed online which was fine, I'm a rootbeer girl so I switched it up and appreciated the dasher sending me photos of what they did have and letting me know. They also didn't have the chips I ordered but did not mention it and just sent me baked BBQ chips instead of a kettle chip. I'm not a BBQ fan and would have picked something else.

My family bought me a pita with chicken and bacon. It was disgusting. The bacon had old grey pieces and not cooked pieces. I could taste it right away. Old and new (not cooked) is so yuk. Had to throw it out ao turned off. Sad to pay that much. I had a pita in St. Stephen's a couple weeks ago and it was perfect but didn't ask for bacon when ordered there.
I love Pita Pits black bean so much!

Employees have a separate side of the grill for vegan/vegetarian grilled items and they change their gloves after touching meat. The employees are mindful of cross contamination with meat.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered three items through Door Dash. They made every one of those items wrong. One pita was missing its sauce, the spice and 5 out of the 7 items requested. The other two items were missing one to two veggies. After we called, our situation was rudely discussed between them for 10 minutes with us hearing everything. The solution was for us to bring the pitas back within the hour for them to remake them. We would not if Door Dashed if we were allowed to leave our Hositpal Department. Never again for this department.
