I visited in the morning and noticed one staff member working hard alone on my order It was disappointing to know that despite all their effort they don’t receive the full tip As per them half of the tips go to the owner, which doesn’t feel fair at all. Never Visit again

This place has some of the best workers. My google pay malfunctioned and I had left before ether of us figured out and they called so we could work out me coming back to pay. And when I lost my wallet they showed me the camera recording to help me find it. (My dumb ass just dropped it outside) love these people, love the food, always made fast. 10/10

Pizza 🍕 Hut surprised us with pizzas 🍕 for our staff (E3)in appreciation for our staff , we were so grateful for Pizza Hut being so generous , and delivering pizzas 🍕 and caring to take the time to make our day so much more enjoyable, it was such a nice gesture, food was delicious 😋 and It made our day so, a big Shout Out to Pizza Hut and staff. We can’t thank you enough for all the staff at E3, at the Colchester Hospital.

Hygiene issue April 12 - Saturday 3:30pm I was picking up food and saw the two men handle food without gloves. One employee was picking up lettuce and croutons with his gloveless hands and putting it in the delivery container.
He then proceeded to use the same hands to press buttons on a dirty screen and touch multiple other things.
When asked why they are not wearing gloves they acted clueless and said it's only one station so it doesn't matter.
I would seriously worry about how food is being made here.

The food is delicious, expensive but great. The service was horrid. I waited 5 minutes to get acknowledged for a pick up order(that I also had to wait 10 minutes for). The phone rang they answered that, but gave me no attention. They didn't say I need to get this in the oven or anything just ignored me until they had time. If I hadn't of ordered I would have gone somewhere else, very unprofessional.
