What a great find this place was. the atmosphere here is so cute. My husband had a breakfast butty, basically a breakfast sandwich on a square croissant with a side of fresh fruit and a cappuccino, he loved it. I ordered a Scrappy French Toast with a blueberry compote and Chantilly Cream, it was sooooo good, also served with a side of fresh fruit. I would highly recommend this place

A bakery in truro that makes you feel like you could be at a quaint bakery in Paris! Beautiful decor, warm and elegant. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast options. The plating and presentation of the food is magazine worthy and most importantly the flavor and the taste match the gorgeous aesthetic! A venue Truro desperately needed. Big stop breakfast this is NOT! A fine dining breakfast experience in the heart of Truro.. they nailed it. Was great to see so much foot traffic through the door, so come early on Saturday to get a good seat.

So here's my thing, this would be 5 stars if it wasn't so mismanaged. In the time I was there I saw take out orders brought back due to mistakes, mistakes on Food coming out, and atleast 2 people leave give up after waiting in like for 10-15 minutes to name a few things.

Food was great but it's unbelievably slow but not for your standard busy reasons. First of all if you're just getting a pastry or coming in for breakfast it's all one line, they don't have someone taking orders at tables when they could. I've been in to both eat breakfast and just grab a pastry, both times it took forever. My advice, as there were 3 of you, tell people to sit and have one person taking orders, running food, cleaning tables all that stuff, have one person cooking and have one person working cash/helping where needed when cleared out.

Anyways it has potential to be amazing but holy cow somebody with some restaurant management type experience just needs to right the ship a bit and you'll get way more people through.

Redknot Bakery is our Saturday morning must — cookies for him, bread and danishes for me. Their newly renovated space is absolutely gorgeous, the perfect spot to start the day before showing homes!

Last Friday, on a whim, I popped in for an iced coffee and was pleasantly surprised that there was a Cinnamon Sugar Cronought available. What a treat! So pillowy, crunchy, flaky. Even the cinnamon sugar was exceptional! Demerara sugar perhaps?! Such a delight! Thank you Chantelle and Co.

We ordered some toast, a cookie and a sandwich. It took them 35-40 minutes to get us our food! People who arrived after us were treated better and were given their food within 5-10 minutes. We were tourists and it was made known. If you are tourists like us, be prepared to wait. I feel like this bakery is discouraging tourists. The food is good but definitely not worth the wait.

Cute little Bakery in Truro with Irish music playing in the background. The cinnamon twist was so crisp and flavorful. Very nice girls serving.

Our most recent guests loved their chocolate croissants from RKB! Plus, it's the perfect place to relax before continuing our walking food tour of historic Truro.
