Great stop between the ferry from PEI and Halifax. Food was delicious, cocktail was lovely and the husband approved the beer.
The food was delicious, we ate outside so it was interesting to people watch.
Busy spot on rock the hub weekend but the service and food were great!
Great place beer food atmosphere and dog friendly.
Superb beer & staff!
Excellent beer!
Very friendly staff. The also partner with the Nook and Cranny pub that's beside them to offer all their available beers on tap to eat with your meal.
hours are suggestive i guess, just went to their location at 6pm sunday and its darker than ever when their website says 9pm closing time. super unfortunate
Loved the beers I managed to get next door at Nook and Cranny but the Google page said they were open Sunday. They weren't. I don't always call businesses before I go over because I assume they update their business profiles online. The door was unlocked but there was a sign that mentioned to go over to a neighbouring store. Sauces? That door was locked. Eventually we called and found out they indeed were not open.I really wanted some Salty Dog swag seeing as I'm from Ontario. ???? Guess I'll start calling the businesses instead of relying on Google.
Good service. Their beer is good but it could be more flavorful.

They have been flights.
Our experience at N &C was excellent. The service, food and drink was perfect. We had the Blood Orange on tap and found it excellent, liked it so much we each bought 4 cans to take home. This is where the disappointment came in. The cans did not taste what we had on tap, totally different. My friend had the same experience. The restaurant very good, the take home cans, not so much.
Great tatsting beer. The owners are wonderful people and they make huge efforts to bring entertainment and excitment to a small town.
You have to go in through the pizza place, Sauced. Pretty confusing with no signs up. Beers were alright. Okay selection. Service was excellent. Not much merchandise to purchase, mostly t-shirts. Location is right in downtown Truro.
Great seasonal options and the flavours were spot on. Lots of the beers came with enhancements like salted rims, blueberries or the like. Had to stock up! Highly recommend a flight to get a sample of it all.
