The world needs more people like the incredible woman in the drive-thru wearing the cool hat! Her energy is absolutely contagious, and at 6:00 AM, that kind of positivity is rare and so appreciated. She greeted me with the biggest smile, and her enthusiasm instantly brightened my morning. It’s clear she truly enjoys what she does, and that kind of joy makes all the difference. Thank you for starting my day on such a high note—I hope everyone gets to experience service like this! And the coffee was pretty good.

Really disrespectful night staff,she gave us wrong order twice,and when we ask for refund she closed the window on our face, is this a service you guys provide to customers, the lady with short red hair was very rude! This is not acceptable! She didn’t allow us to enter the front door, I was with my family, really bad experience .

First review I've added to Google because this was unacceptable. Put in mobile order at 9:40am, arrived to location at 9:50am, was not served 2 coffees and a toasted bagel until 10:17am. That's 27 minutes for two coffees and a bagel that I could have went to Superstore, bought a frozen one, drove home, and heated up myself in the time that I was served at this location. It also was not super busy either, somewhat busy sure, but only about 4-5 cars in drive thru line and ~7-8 people in the location. Expressed dissatisfaction to barista cashing me out and he just made lighthearted jokes rather than showing any concern/accountability/etc.

I ordered the pumpkin spice cream cheese muffin but received coffee cake... croissant was cold and ham and cheese were getting dried out around the edges. Very disappointing.

We had to wait for our brewed coffee but that's okay we knew it was going to be fresh. Anyway, we received an extra baked good for free for the wait and we didn't even consider asking for it it was just a nice touch. Thank you.
