My daughter usually gets her drink with no ice, today they left quite a bit of her cup empty and siad that was because she ordered no ice and they do not fill the cuos anymore. Pathetic Starbucks, just pathetic!!!! Shame on your company/representatives for doing this at the price for your drinks.

Extremely disappointed with this Starbucks location. Over the past two months, since the new manager arrived, product availability and customer service have worsened. It’s common to find mobile orders disabled, or be unable to order drinks like the Pink Drink due to missing ingredients—including no strawberries for weeks. Wait times have increased because of understaffing, and the manager keeps blaming employees instead of leading effectively. Most concerning, I’ve seen staff handle cash and then food without washing hands or wearing gloves, and milk left out for hours. Right now, the store is operating without a health permit according to the Nova Scotia Food Inspection Agency. Starbucks needs to address these issues immediately.

Waited first in line at the register for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the staff members, took another 10 minutes just for our two drinks to be made. Many others including us were getting impatient.

I am actively writing this while I am waiting for my two coffees. I ordered at 4:47pm and it’s 5:10, I have yet to even get an update on how much longer. I get this location is busy because it’s close to the highway, but come on almost 30mins for two coffees? That’s just ridiculous.
I don’t know if they need more staff, or change the layout of the store but there needs to be some efficiencies made to improve wait times.
Arrived at 11:50am, stood in line for 10 minutes with no movement, then when it came torn to take our order we were left alone at the cash for another 5 to 10 minutes, we order what we thought were 2 simple drinks, an ice coffee and a tea. No food was ordered, tried to order 2 things before and they didn’t have them, we overheard other customers being told the same thing with various items, after placing our order we waiting for 45 minutes for 2 drinks. Which is kind of ridiculous, people after us were getting served there items first, there were several staff running back and fourth, no apology for poor service. Very pathetic.

Just a note, the shop itself doesn't have a washroom. However, they share a washroom with the convinience store/Thai food place that is located next door and is accessible through a door connecting the three shops (the conviennce store/thai shop are in a shared space. There's no key required, you do not have to go outside and get wet either). They also have a drive through options and a fair few tables and chairs. They are located behind the petro-canada off of Robie. Parking is limited about 10 to 15 shared spaces and very few are accessible parking spaces.
