Everytime I come to this subway they don't answer drive thru. Ever. Most unreliable subway I have ever been to- don't go here if you need to he anywhere because you could sit at the drive thru for 4 hours and no one will serve you.

Went in with a large and complicated order. The two young men working the counter were extremely gracious and well-organized—they made no mistakes, got me a box from the back to carry it all, and packed the box with care so as not to crush any sandwiches. Very pleased.

so I got my sub and on drive through and it was not a proper sub, not even filling, How come its sub if its not filled properly, I asked for extra lettuce but got no letuce

Ordered by app. I clearly mentioned please add all ingredients from my past experience still veggies were very less and lettuce was completely missing. When i went to pickup i was just checking in receipt that everything is showing up in receipt. Girl at service made face and said no need to check what are you checking. So rude and worst service i have ever seen. Laziest staff.

I've wanted to visit Subway for a long time. I used to live nearby and took it for granted that it would be here if I got hungry for their food. At the time, though, I didn't have much spare change ( being out of work and living on welfare), but now I am better off and the first thing I wanted to do was have a sub from Subway. I like their breakfast egg and bacon sandwiches and coffee for a morning meal and the variety of subs are so extensive that it's sometimes hard to choose. But whatever sub I get , I know it's going to be great.
Parking: I don't own a car, but I've noticed parking on both sides of the store. Possibly 20 spots .
Wheelchair accessibility: Their entrances and exits are ground level . I'm sure there would be no problem for a wheelchair to go in or out. And there would be someone there to help you if you needed any help. Friendly staff.

The assistant manager in nights at this place doesn’t even know how to talk to the customer.
Please Don’t go there after 10pm even though they are open until 12. Because they clean their machines at 10pm and doesn’t prepare your food as you want after that.
Even though He call the cops and they are also in my favour and they said the restaurant guy is lazy and don’t want to work thats why he is misbehaving with you and does not serve you.
I cannot expect a person like him as an assistant manager.

The one girl I think was manager was funny and sweet made my sandwich really quick had great sense of humor so awsome thks I will return to this store

The cashier hit the 20% tip option prior to handing me the debit terminal. This is illegal and I'll be making a complaint to Subway Head Office. Make sure you check that you are prompted for the tip before paying.
