I usually have good experiences here, however tonight was absolutely horrible. The man working tonight was awesome as he always is, the woman working was the issue. When the man took my order, she came over and got entirely in his way, trying to take over the sub. She put the veggies on, grabbed the knife to cut it and it had a chunk of tomato on it, she wiped it off haphazardly I could visibly see sauce on the blade, she then asked if my boyfriend and I were paying together, I said yes. When she finished his sub, she started helping the person behind us, I figured she misunderstood and thought I was paying for the 3 others that were there. When she finished it, she asked if it was separate and I said yes, I got my phone ready to pay and she walked away and finished the second persons sub, so now me, my boyfriend and this other person are waiting to pay, she comes back after finishing that sub, then walks away to finish the third persons sub. I'm beyond frustrated at this point, just wanting to pay and go home, but it doesn't stop, my boyfriend found 2 hairs is his sub. Horrible experience.

I don't like to complain. My order was wrong. It was obvious I ordered herb and cheese bread i got white. I asked for the manager. I got dismissed. I drive and spent My fuel to get a replacement. I just wanted a replacement the east Indian lady working would not help, wouldnt give me her name and would not give me any replacement after what I gave her back. so I'm out of money and out of supper im disgusted and very disappointed with subway in Bible hill on pictou road.

Was in complete shock tonight going walking in with the guy working fighting with a customer about something that should have been handled professionally since the customer was being very nice and trying to explain to him what happened! The worker was completely rude and not handling things in a respectful manner or at all. I was completely ignored for my order by him because he was to busy fighting with customer and the other women working wouldn’t even look at me. Needless to say I left after 5 minutes of being ignored and him fighting with the other customer.

Ordered a Steak & Avocado rice bowl, got no steak or avocado with it, absolutely unacceptable.
Has a drive through Rather standard fare, had a flatbread veggie sandwich and came through the drive-thru perfectly.

I have been to this place since I went to Truro University to learn English. The employees were understanding. He took the time to try to understand my rather poor English. He gave me the right order and compared to several at Subway the vegetarian patty was ready not in the freezer and above all there was some left at 11 p.m.

I may not have all the facts so I'd be happy to hear the other side but today while I was in ordering a sub the air conditioning had broken. Today was the first day of a massive heat wave and got hotter than 30°C. I wasn't there the entire day obviously but as a business owner myself I would have closed out of the respect and safety of my staff. I would never force staff to work in the heat. It was dangerously hot today. Air conditioners break, I get that, but the owner should have closed the store until the air conditioning was fixed properly. The staff were incredibly hard workers. They were kind, fast, smiling and got everything right. It's not kind to make them work around ovens in this heat. They deserve better. Between 2000–2019 studies show approximately 489 000 heat-related deaths occur each year. It's a very real safety concern.
