Food delicious, fresh n hot. Is friendly stuff and really nice people there. Food spot on.

I've eaten here many times and have enjoyed it. My favorite meal there is the Thai Soup. Until Today. It was served with a wooden knife with a dip in it that's to be classified as a spoon. It was absolutely impossible to eat so I guess I didn't get lunch. Not to mention it would have taken me all day to eat it. This is an easy fix. Great back to your original spoons that you were using. Until it is fixed, unfortunately I won't be back

Probably the 5 th time I have ordered mild sauce and have gotten something too spicy! So frustrating. I order out here often and this happens way too much.

Pissed because I work late and go to the gym. Try to go get a good meal after 9:30 in Truro and they can’t make it. Absolute bs. Guess you can’t get a good meal in Truro after 9. Why stay open till 10 pm if you can’t serve you’re menu. Totally disappointed. 940 pm no food for me.

order red curry with chicken and rice. got a bill with yellow curry and they packed green curry with next to no chicken and rice. experienced this first time lol can’t go back and i don’t like to waste food so eating this it taste good but eventually its not what i ordered. they should do there job properly.

Only one star on the atmosphere because it's a gas station but if you're going there you already know that. I'm giving them more stars than I'd like to because generally I love Thai Express and I want the people who work there to realize that mistakes happen but it's better to just accept that be decent about it and it'll be fine. They screwed up my order and I didn't know until I got home so I had to go back. I wasn't upset I just wanted it fixed. The guy who filled my order the first time and address the issue this time was not happy about it. He said I didn't order vegan I ordered extra sauce which of course makes no sense. But I get the impression that they haven't been trained on how to deal with problems with customers. So I don't think it's fair for me to give them a lower rating and take it out on the staff because you can only do what you're taught. A food industry is an awful place to work and I can see from comments here already that some people are just nasty about it. Once I finally got the right food it was really good like it always is. I'm just disappointed that the guy chose to try to make me feel bad instead of just saying oh sorry about that let me fix it for you. That's all he needed to do. 7 words and I would have left to happy customer. I was more upset about that interaction that I was about the fact that he made my original order with egg in it. I still gave them two stars for service because he did fix my order.

Vegetarian options: Pad sew ew is my go to at most locations. The menu has a V next to dishes that offer a vegan option. I recommend letting it sit a few min bc the sauce will thicken and stick to the noodles better. Just based on today's experience id suggest you are very clear or write it down

I want my tip back. I ordered online and literally put my name as NO ONION. I just picked it up and it's full of onions. That's what happens when Indians culturally appropriate food that is not their own.

The menu was so scaled back that I didn’t know what to order. Service is bad and the food is not good. Not worth the place.

It's more expensive to order in for some reason the price is never match what's online it's more expensive in person..
They have no idea what I mean by add vegetables but it's an option online on doordash.

So I'm unable to go in person and order to get what I want cuz they don't know what I'm talking about.

This place was actually decent when it first opened for awhile....last few years it has steadily declined......idk if they changed the noodles or what in the pad thai but it's gross now ...tofu is always so hard and weird.Ordered tonight and my bok bok chicken had to be re heated in the air fryer and my pad thai was runny... luke warm noodles uncooked chicken cold....we had to re cook all of our meals and it's so expensive. I would rather go hungry and wait for real thai food. Won't be going back...Maybe look at the people you hire...it's a trend on what kind u hire. And they clearly can't cook

The taste needs to improve. I had the general Thai mango flavour with battered beef. The batter was so thick that I could not taste the beef!

First time - ordered pad Thai. Not really prepared like traditional pad Thai - wrong noodles and mixed in a bowl Chicken was very dry, hard, and unflavorful. Expensive for what it is - will not return.
