This happened at the drive-thru around 10:20 AM on November 19, 2025. An older woman with short hair, no name tag, completely ignored me — no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even basic courtesy. When I pointed it out, she still didn’t apologize or show any professionalism.
Her dismissive attitude and lack of respect were shocking. For a brand like Tim Hortons, this kind of behavior drags down the entire reputation of the store. Customers deserve at least a simple hello.

I visit specific this Tims today. And i order cinnamon bagel double toasted with butter and cream cheese, crispy chicken cravable, medium regular coffee and one more thing Medium iced protein latte. This is the bagel I got and the protein latte there is no came syrup in it. And for this items I wait more than 18 minutes. Like this is rediculous u spend money and look the service u got.

Worst customer service ever, they don’t know how to treat their customers. Rude arrogant staff talking in an aggressive and agitated tone with customer who just wants a cup of coffee, while listening to them you don’t even want there service or products. It was thrusday September 18 10:40 at the drive thru ordered a coffee for myself the staff replied me in an aggressive and agitated tone but I didn’t mind it I asked for something else again got replied back in same tone, while paying on drive thru I paid through cash the guy at the drive thru literally hand me the change throwing them from way above my hand was, like seriously is this the way you behave with your customers. You talk like this and then instead of being sorry about it you throw tantrums to them, like seriously. Whoever is supposed to take action against it should do it as I’ve mentioned the date time and incident it was a healthy guy with specs they should never be into customer services if they bheave with customers like this each and every person would go unhappy and irritated if the staff bheave like this with the customers.
The coffee is still the same, if you liked it before, you'll still like it. The food has gone downhill, they tend to sluff off the old veggies onto drivethru orders. Brown lettuce, soggy tomatoes, cheap on the mayo or bacon etc. All the store I've been to in NS and Ont are so dirty, I'm surprised they haven't been shut down. Food bits all over the floor, behind the counter and around the tables. I get that things get busy but you can tell when food has been sitting for days and when it was dropped recently that day. Do better Tim Hortons, youre reputation is tanking quickly.
