The staff is friendly. They are quick to serve you. The food is always fresh. The bathroom is clean.. It's our favorite Tims in the area. Dear Tim Hortons (Truro, NS. Robie Street)
Let me start off by saying I frequent this Tim Hortons a fair amount when I am visiting family in the area. I find the service generally fast and efficient and have never had a concern with this particular location.
I was shocked to be told yesterday by the service individual that you did not offer a 10 cent discount on cold beverages when you bring your own reusable cup. The employee at the window told me that they only offer the discount on hot drinks. Even the poster beside the take window showed a hot beverage and a cold beverage container when advertising this promotion. I would hope that Tim Hortons would rectify this anomaly in policy.
