Ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter inside and waited probably close to 20 minutes. The workers were more concerned about the drive though which was understandable since it was very busy, but many people inside were waiting for a long time, they should be able to balance drive through and inside.

Very bad service 2 signs on and nobody taking orders. Clerk that took order finally was very rude. Slow to get purchase. Waited almost 10 minutes for tea and latte. Even worst than the ones on Main Street in Dartmouth...Wow!

At night the coffee taste bad.......stale coffee ...poorly calibrated sugar and cream . Just ask the staff at Amherst how they deliver great coffee at ANYTIME of day or night . My bad though I knew it would suck but I couldn't wait to get to amherst.. I am done going here ! 3.9 stars but mostly poor reviews...

Stopped for a quick take out tea and used restrooms. Both men and women's restrooms were alarmingly dirty. Sinks had hair clogging drains, mirrors coated in old soapy water splashes, hand dryers spotty with old water marks. Garbage full, floors filthy, stall doors gross. In the restaurant the tops of coffee makers covered in dust; not conducive to instilling confidence of food safety or respect to customers. Ugh!

The food and beverage was good. But the service was way too slow waited almost 15 minutes for my order. I also requested one of the guy working at the cash counter around 2:15 pm to change his gloves if he was going to make my food. He made a couple of orders before mine like BLT and other meat involved sandwiches. When he was going to make mine I reconfirmed it, he replied aggressively ‘I’ve changed my gloves in a high pitch’. I request the management to make him learn the way of having a conversation with their customers. Before me he even left the customers in between-taking their orders to make food.

I have been to a lot and I mean ALOT of TIms and this one takes the cake for the WORST service , the lack of cleanliness and the poorest of poor service !!!!
Avoid this place if you want fresh , good , fast and worth the money food !!!

Stopped after midnight. Got a Great fresh , very well made sandwich made by a super girl even though she was in the middle of cleaning up .
This sandwich was fresh n obviously made with much care .
