Stopped after midnight. Got a Great fresh , very well made sandwich made by a super girl even though she was in the middle of cleaning up .
This sandwich was fresh n obviously made with much care .

You need to teach your staff some basic greeting dude just knot his head for next customer I mean that’s not the way to take order I don’t want to affect your business by giving 1 star so please take care of it

I worked for tim Hortons for a short time at the power centre. Canadians are treated poor at this location. English isn't spoken to communicate during shifts and Indians from India are treated and respected before local workers. The owners son Wade is very rude and not willing to handle situations in a non bias manner. Working there was very toxic and having connections in the native communities made my work their short lived. Do better and learn the labour laws. Wayne is the owner and Wade is his son who puts on a front about making the work shift English speaking but that never happened when brought up about the stress of not knowing how to communicate during the shifts I was made to be the issue.

Waited almost 10 minutes at the cash to place our order. The guy was at our cash, and left us to go to another register. Gave 3 stars for the food because they made our Iced Capp and Iced Coffee the right way, but the Timbits were a bit wet, like the glaze didn't set quite right.

It was VERY disorganized behind the counter.

Ordered in drive thru, horrible feedback over the speaker and the order taker kept interrupting to ask if that was all. We ordered 3 plain bagels and a simply sausage along with 2 ice caps and 2 hashbrowns. Drive thru was not busy but when we got to the window we paid were given the ice caps and then we were sent to park for 10 minutes before we received our food. As someone who worked at Tim’s it does not take that long to make those food items and when they were delivered to our car the bagels were barely toasted and doughy. Parking vehicles to fudge drive thru times is something the owner should be following up on, as well as making sure items are meeting standards before being delivered to customers.
