Tim Hortons in the treaty as gone downhill since new workers & management. I have had 7 meals so far mixed up. 7!!! Don't get what we order or forget quite a bit. Not very friendly & what happened to all the amazing workers beforehand? I have a video of hashbrowns from this am that are Rock solid! Smashed them on the counter, they're rock hard. I clearly can't give that to my toddler.. Do Better Tim's in the TREATY!!!!

I stopped there many times since it was opened as a long-haul truck driver. I managed to stop there last night. Obvious beard nets are no longer requirement when serving food ,picking her out of your food. The toilets today were absolutely filthy April 24th. I’ve never been in a Tim Hortons that has gone so downhill so rapidly and that today was my final time, will enter that premise. how they can keep a business license. Mystery.

The washroom was awful, went through the drive through afterwards and my bagels were under toasted and practically no butter. Not to mention our food and drinks practically thrown at us.the experiences are getting worse.

Here at 15 mins to noon. They have NO Plain bagels, they have NONE of their new featured doughnuts. Do they have anything??? Last time they messed my bagel up and owed me a replacement but apparently don't have any??? Get your act in gear Tim Hortons!!
