Good morning, I recently purchased a plain bagel toasted with butter and had it handed to me by a fellow with a shaggy beard and later found the same colored grey beard hair in my bagel. Shame on you Tim Hortons for not making him wear a beard net. And Shame on the individual for not coming to work in a respectful manner.

After going to another Tim’s in town and being told I couldn’t get pizza after 5 I called this Tim’s to see if they were the same, the young man who answered the phone said they don’t serve food after 8 (I called at 7:55) but he said just say I called if I was there after 8. I made it before 8 he apologized for not having the chicken or bacon but had the other two, we got the pepperoni and cheese and absolutely loved it. I highly recommend

my wife went there at 5:50 AM and supposedly they were closed and the website says 5 AM it opens, she was waiting at the speaker to order and then realized nobody was taking her order, so she went to the window and the window was open and the lady was walking back-and-forth inside and then my wife said excuse me and she ignored her and then my wife honked and then the lady said oh that must be a woman's hunk whatever that means and then my wife saw her again and said are you guys open and she said no we open at 6 AM and the website says 5 AM my wife wasn't too happy to go to work with no coffee she was pissed and it was an older lady November 5 2023 at 5:50 AM whoever she was , this is the one by wendys
