I had a wonderful experience at the Tim Hortons on Robbie Street! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, which made my visit smooth and enjoyable. My order was prepared perfectly, fresh, and exactly the way I asked for it.

It’s clear that the team here takes pride in providing excellent customer service. This location definitely stands out, and I’ll be coming back again for sure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great Tim Hortons experience!

if I could rate this place accurately it would be ZERO stars entered store to see 8 staff behind the counter and none taking orders we stood in line for 10 only to have someone finally open a register and start serving the back of the line 1st we left and went elsewhere

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude staff, my sandwich had brown sticky gunk all over it. Timbits were dry. Black tea had no sleeve. The staff kept asking “is that everything” cutting us off every single word we said.

I visited this Tim Hortons location through the drive-thru, and I must say the staff were really polite and professional. When I asked for a refill in my mug, the team member kindly asked, “Can I rinse your mug before the refill?”

I said, “Yes, please” and I truly appreciated that small but important gesture. That’s what hygiene is all about: serving something in a clean cup.

Thank you so much for your care and attention to detail. It’s clear that the team here works with real dedication and respect for customers. Great job

I had a very bad experience here, My family and I were travelling out to find some clothing stores and wanted to get a quick caffeine break, my mother ordered a large double double and I ordered a medium tea double double. My mothers coffee was fine, not great but not terrible, my nana decided to order from Starbucks instead, and my tea was disgusting, tea is not difficult to make, and I was greatly let down with the tea that I received, it was not only cold but also very clearly weak, it was bitter and was not stirred, it was clear they did not fully brew the tea before serving the tea from the pot, this resulted in me getting a tea that did not taste satisfactory, very upsetting and will not be returning. The staff were not friendly either, however if the tea had been good it wouldn't have affected me as much, the person working window was very clearly not happy to be there, which I understand, no one wants to go to work, but that doesn't mean you can be rude and standoffish to the customers! I do not recommend this location
