I was the only customer in the whole location, and the only employee there managed to take my order and proceeded to make me a black coffee and hand it to me, and when I corrected them they had the audacity to say I never asked for milk in sugar, which I did 15 seconds earlier, unbelievable

I get coffee there everyday and there is not one day where I get a consistent order correctly.. slow service, get your orders wrong all the time..just got coffee there..I get the same thing everyday.. large triple triple.. today it tastes like there's about 8 sugar in it and I just threw it out.. I buy two.. figured second one would have been better.. definitely not.. tastes worse.. come on Tim Hortons how hard is it to use a automated machine system to disperse sugar or creme properly..

It is Tim Horton's, so it is a mediocre level of products you have come to accept. The coffee is hot, and the donuts are cold. As always, they are stuck together.

about 1/4 of my chicken ranch wrap was properly made, then i got to the driest part of my wrap. it was filled with wilted sour lettuce that i couldn’t even finish. the ranch was only on the first 1/4 of it too. my iced coffee was warm and watered down. what happened to this place
