I traveled from guelph to truro and back to guelph. The coffee was not good and often, my double cream was single cream. Either your bean selection has changed or your roasters are failing. I prefer McDonald's for consistency. I do miss a good cup of Tim's.

I sometimes buy a coffee at the drive through , real late at night after 10pm. Theres always this middle aged gentleman working. The coffee is never hot enough. I get that its almost their closing time but the fact is that I always get a hot and fresh coffee whenever its served by a young person who actually wants to do a job no matter what the time is. This is the only location open nearby so I have to visit again sadly!

Vegetarian options: Our oldest daughter has limited options as a vegetarian so appreciates when she can eat as well ?

I ordered the new wildberry cheesecake donut which did not have the correct berry filling. It instead was filled with caramel from there new caramel filled donut. I then tried calling the store and the number does not exist.

Hard to order at the drive through as the gentleman was quiet and I had to repeat my order multiple times. He did not want to read the order back to me, so I approached the window. I explained that I did not want a loaded bowl anymore and that I wanted a breakfast wrap instead. I had to pay twice and still could not get the right order. I never even got a bag for the two wraps… do they not hand out bags now? I am not returning to this location. I do not recommend.

Super kind staff, although they got my entire order wrong. I ordered a Small teas Double Double with milk, and received a small tea 1 milk 1 sugar. I ordered a simply sausage on a biscuit and I received just bacon on an english muffin.
Went through the drive through and the employee Yogi didn't even speak.

Vegetarian options: Just around 10 minutes before I went there and I asked for an Iced Latte Vanilla and an Iced coffee vanilla but the guy he made both coffees and there was no vanilla and they were worst. I tried to contact their number even that number is not in service
