I ordered steeped tea and i get terrible one. This is not first time. It tastes like water and cream in it no sugar even I ordered double double. It tastes like someone put a tea bag in some water for 5 seconds and then took it out. I went there today around 7.30pm with hope to get good tea but get the same results.

I just went through the drive thru , when I got to the window I said hello to the worker, who did not respond, they continued to have a conversation in another language with another worker, he handed me my beverage and I said thank you, to which again he did not say a word to me but again continued his conversation in another language with a coworker. I am not impressed at all with how the customer service has gone down hill at this location! Although this is my first time posting about a negative experience here, it was certainly not the first time I have encountered this.

Very disappointed this evening when I came through and got 3 bagels, 2 of which I paid over a dollar for cream cheese on, and this is what I recieved for cream cheese, the saddest amount of cream cheese I’ve ever had on a bagel from Tim Hortons, French vanilla tastes like water, won’t be returning to this Tim Hortons again, huge waste of my money. Over 2$ in cream cheese and both bagels looked the same. Don’t waste your time going to this Tim Hortons.

We were ordering at the drive thru around 5:30pm today and while taking our orders we can hear the girl order taker laughing and another guy take my order again and still you can hear them laughing out loud, then a moment of silent ( i think they both turned off their headset), then another girl confirmed my order, I wonder whats going on? Maybe they're enjoying their shift but its not proper to laugh while you're taking orders, I just felt it was rude, and not a good manner when you're doing your job especially if you're dealing with customer service job. And worst they don't even apologize!
