Initially, we had several issues with the drive tru's orders and it was always a frustrating experience having to go back in and wait again to have it corrected. That being said, the staff has always been apologetic, very friendly and kind. As of late, my orders are always perfect, no complaints. For the people saying the staff is rude, perhaps it works both ways? Some are offended they speak another language between themselves...so what? If it makes the communication easier for a quicker service, who cares? Finally, the gentleman at the drive tru window is a sweetheart! It's certainly one of the best Tim's I know.

Every weekday morning I look forward to my drive thru experience at this Tim's. First of all, it's the fastest around by far. It may always be a huge lineup, but you never have to wait long because the staff are so efficient. Next, my order is always correct and my tea is piping hot just the way I like it. And my favorite part of the whole experience is the staff. They are always so friendly and kind. Willing to joke around and leave you with a smile to start your day. Especially the one guy who usually works the window every morning😊
