Went through the drive thru for 2 med ice caps with chocolate milk. Get to the window and their was 2 ice caps made with cream ,I told the person that they were supposed to be made with chocolate milk and they go and remake them and again made them with cream and then when I questions them they said they were extra whipped when I questions it . Ended up going to another tims to get it made correctly

Today around 9:48 I went through the Willow Street drive thru. I ordered a breakfast Farmers wrap and a apple fritter both of which were delicious. However after entering my order and driving up to the window I was greeted by a man yelling at me to hurry up and get my points card and then he yelled at me cash or debit and then he threw the food at me and slammed the window shut. I completely understand that there are drive thru times that you have to get while working there. When I roll up to the drive-thru window I am not slow and I normally have most things ready, and don't look for a conversation and am ready to roll. However today I was shocked and appalled by how I was greeted at the window. I get that your times for orders are important but it should not take away from the customer service side even the simplest hello. That was disgusting. It wasn't even busy DO better!

Nice Tim! Friendly staff and clean food. They have strawberry cream cheese, never seen that one before (tastes more like strawberry yogurt though). Drive through available. Both toilets in the ladies washroom don’t flush though (or maybe not always? Anyways both were unflushed and weren’t flushing).

Tims, in general, is declining in my mind. I feel like I’m seeing less and less people in drive-thrus and in stores. The consistency of taste and quality is lacking and varies from store to store, day to day. It’s just a gamble, at this point, when you go to any Tim’s.

Can’t even follow a simple order and will give you something entirely different. Why are we hiring people who can’t do their job. Asked for an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and they gave me a sandwich with ketchup cheese bacon and sausage….. the sandwich they gave me isn’t even an option on the menu. Very poor service very disappointed do better
