Yesterday I bought a coconut cream pie from here (its the best in truro) and I take about 5 steps after buying it and drop the entire thing on the ground, at lunch rush. I felt soooo bad but they did not make me feel bad about it, and even let me take another pie. They did not know this but the pie was for a very special occasion and I did not have it in the budget to buy another, I'm forever in yalls debt. Thank you so much!

I had breakfast this morning. I had two eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, hash browns, and toast. It was 13.99 which i say is reasonable for the portion size, and quality. The only thing was the bacon tasted off to me, not bad just a flavouring I couldn't place. Personally wasn't a fan, but the bacon was cooked great crispy edges chewy center my preference anyway. The service is fantastic. The waitress came by 4-5 times through the meal to check on us, and top up coffee and water. She was also very friendly, and did a thorough job cleaning tables after customers left. The atmosphere is good for a truck stop. But it just seems a bit crowded to me, I like space between myself and others diners. All in all it was a good breakfast, will be back.

Our server, Sarah, handled the rush flawlessly—she was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. The food, as always, hit the spot and is consistently great quality. Seriously, you have to try the Maple Bacon Poutine; it’s an absolute game-changer and the perfect comfort dish. Consistent quality and top-notch staff like Sarah make this place a definite winner!

Arrived around 11:30 and beat the lunch rush. Service was amazing and waitress was attentive even with how busy it was. The food was amazing. My mom ordered the 1 piece fish and chips from the seniors menu. My husband ordered from the all-day breakfast menu and I ordered the grilled smash cheeseburger. It was very filling and I was unable to eat the fries. Will definitely order again.
