Rude and condescending staff. We had an awful experience at Truro Brewing. I almost never review places, even if the service is poor and staff are impolite. The servers here were not only ill-mannered, they spoke bad about guests when they believed they couldn't hear them. They spoke down about an older gentleman who left an empty glass of beer on his table after thanking them with a smile before he left. We and other patrons noticed and even spoke to each other about how uncomfortable it made us feel.

If we talk about the beer itself, I would give it 3 out of 5. My wife and I tried a tester of 5 different types and we liked only 2, but such flavors were also in a similar beer house in our city. We did not see anything special for this place. The other 3 flavors... well, it's largely a matter of taste, sometimes sour, sometimes with a herbal aftertaste, and the snacks here are 1 type of nuts and 2 types of chips. But I will give this place 4 for another reason: this is a great place with a lot of tables and chairs to come here to relax in company, play games, eat (you can bring food from another place), just talk. There are live performances time to time. This place does not seem to me so much like a beer house, but rather a big good place to meet.

What a comfy, friendly, spacious place to relax alone or with friends. A stage for live music, varied seating, LAMPS instead of overhead lighting, super friendly staff, board games, and a clothing swap area. Best spot in Truro

Great atmosphere and friendly service. So nice to be in an overtly queer friendly place. They let you order food from outside to eat while you drink which is a rare perk. They also have an excellent selection of vhs movies that can be played in the vip nook!
