Its expensive and I asked for a receipt for my points on the app and them not knowing that the normal receipt and the one to collect points are completely different and should both be put in the bag. Also their scanner NEVER works. Im pretty sure mcdonalds blizzard machine works more than their scanner.

Visited this location at 9 PM on a Sunday. When I arrived, there was only one other customer in front of me. Instead of ordering, he went back to his car, and the cashier — a young blonde girl — told me I had to wait for him to return before I could order.
I ended up waiting 10 minutes, during which four other people showed up. The cashier then took their orders ahead of mine and made me wait until everyone else had received their food. The entire kitchen staff saw this happening and no one said a word.
Very poor customer service. Please train your cashiers properly.

Walked in immediately a wall of stench hit me, bathroom was disgusting with toilet paper all over the place, dirty toilet, holes in walls covered with tape and garbage bags. Floor drenched in liquids. Dining room no better, pop machine disgusting, floors have dried up food looks days old. Not a single clean table or chair, with food and sauces all over them.

Main comment is the restaurant was very dirty. Tables were not wiped, garbage on the floor. Have never seen a Wendy’s that bad. A lot of drink options were unavailable and my husband’s burger order was wrong and had to be redone. Felt gross eating in there.
Although you don't see these items posted on their menu they still sell chili and baked potatoes those are both my favorites I recommend you give them a try
