So good! Tasty food, appreciative staff who load up the dishes and are always so polite. Value for money is fantastic!
Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is a good price and portion.

The food is good and cheap; a Chinese classic. However, if you're concerned about the environmental crisis (tons of waste in landfills, climate change because of fossil fuels, etc.), this 'take over' restaurant will increase your ecological footprint a lot. It's your decision: cheap today and extremely expensive tomorrow, or choose another restaurant that cares more about the future of the planet.

We got the daily special which included 2 items and noodles/rice for just $10.99 + tax. Great value.

Beef teriyaki was made with gravy.. first and last time for us.
The food is amazing!! I order it whenever I get the chance! It is rich in flavour, and there is so many options! It always comes hot, and it is prepared in a sanitary area! The staff and manager are all so kind, and make sure to give large portions. The beverage variety is so large. You never see customers complaining, as well! Overall, five stars all across the board.
Parking: There are plenty of spots in the back entrance of the mall where the food is located.
Kid-friendliness: They offer most to all kids a free fortune cookie with their meal!

I had 2 takeout for dinner this evening. The chicken Balls had to much dough on them..The rice was to dark and salty .the Eggr roll didn't have a nice flavor.. Just want you to know I have had better meals there in the past..
I didn't like their food at all, the tastiest thing was the coke from the machine on the side

I don't get the hype. The staff have been fantastic the couple of times I've tried it, and the price is decent. The food is horrific, though. The fried rice is bland and has no wok hey. It has frozen peas and carrots for some reason, but no discernable egg, meat, green onion, or anything to add flavour. The noodles are spaghetti, not lo mein. They are flavourless and oily. The bourbon chicken everyone raves about is also extraordinarily bland. I know it's a food court restaurant, but it's worse than Manchu Wok.

Amazing food and very friendly staff makes me want to visit Nova Scotia again ! Amazing bourbon chicken with very high quality meat along with quantity and tasted like something out of a home kitchen! It blows local places back in the states out of the water.

So, I have been coming here for a couple decades. That should say it all. They are very kind, but prices have crept up a bit in the last few years. However the amount of food they give you is enough for TWO meals, so it is still very much worth it! They are very nice and the food is usually amazing. ... I only have one complaint.Sometimes, I feel like old food is mixed in with new food. I can tell with the yellow sesame chicken. It looks like a NEON yellow when its older and it doesnt taste right. Last time I threw out some bad pieces, which turned me off. Just please only put fresh food in the container. The Bourbon chicken is truly amazing, but most of the other food is too. Rice is good, I like their egg rolls. They are also efficient and friendly. If you get here on a weekend at 12:00 Noon when they open, the food will be the freshest which basically eliminates the chance of getting older food. Also the food is so much better at lunch time when it was JUST made. Seeing the big line up's there time and time again, you know this is a favourite chinese food place of the area.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They work very hard. The food was also great and the price was good. The quantity of the food was very high compared to the price. We went there for lunch and couldn’t finish the food! Great Job!
Vegetarian options: I was impressed to see that there was an equivalent amount of options for vegetarians and non vegetarians.

The food "looked" good but lacked flavor. The rice was dry, the chow mein was weak flavored, the spring roll beyond crispy but also mushy, and the "pork" was very hard to chew. Pretty sure I found a mystery ball too...maybe chicken, maybe scallop or shrimp? No idea. But service was slow...a lady sat on her phone when she could have rung the orders in. Overall very disappointing especially being one of the only Chinese food places to go on a monday in Truro.
