Mary Brown's Chicken

Food is alright at best. Like any local chain gone nation wide it's been cost cutting for a while now. Badder for taters and chicken is pretty bland now, you can still taste a little bit a garlic but it's mostly flour and salt now.

The gravy is no longer made in shop like it was, you can go to any take out place and get the same gravy, prices have gone way up too.

And portions are terrible now. Order a 3 piece meal and the taters and chicken are in the same box resulting in less taters then before, it used to be both got their own box in the bag.

Save yourself the time and buy a tender box from super store for cheaper and better chicken

This was the worst experience I've had at a marry browns. I ordered the meal for 2 wich is 5 pieces of greasy questionable chicken, medium wedges and gravy. You can't call it a 5 piece if you take one and cut it in half. The wedges wich took up almost the entire box are not "wedges" when they're still a whole potatoes. What a waste of food.
And p.s the gravy should be served with ice so you can actually eat it. The gravy was literally hotter than the sun

Last night I went in for dinner. I placed my order but I made a mistake and had asked to change my order for something cheaper. Staff denied the order change said they were already making it, I apologized and insisted I still wanted to change my order. They said they would call the manager, they spent 5-10 minutes speaking in a different language when I finally said forget it. Finally they gave me the original order. Half my chicken was missing the breading, pink inside and the potatoes wedges were raw. I took one bite of the chicken and threw it all out.
I should have just asked for a complete refund because this combo was 21 dollars. prices don’t reflect the quality of food.

Asked for No pickles on Big Mary. Got home and there Were pickles on both Big Mary's. Don't know why they can't get that right, especially when you specifically say No Pickles!!!

Had a great visit at this location late this morning. I was kindly greeted by a beautiful Punjabi girl named Manpreet, made me feel right at home. She gave me great service and cared that I was happy with her efforts. Thank you. I wish we had a Mary Brown’s in Bridgewater….Maybe someday

The guy in there was very ignorant. Wouldn’t do chicken tenders with the batters box. Smiled and laughed when I asked him why I can’t do that. He wouldn’t give me an answer. I will not be back

If you are going to have an app to order ahead of time please ensure orders are actually ready when it says they will be. We have to intentionally order 15 to 30 minutes before the time we will go and there have been times it still wasn't ready. We are not ordering anything large or over the top just enough for 2 people.
