Took 30 minutes for us to get through the drive thru! That’s insane, they should simply close the drive through if they don’t have enough staff

I wanted to rate it a zero if it was possible to do so. I asked for a triple triple and I got no sugar in my coffee. The lady at front counter was very impolite and very rude to me just coz i asked for a sachet of sugar. Worst McDonald’s by far for me.

I just wanted McDonald's so we drive 20 minutes at 1am because online it stated the drive-thru is open 24/7. I arrive and the drive thru is coned off so I got out of my car to see what the sign on the door said. The door had a note saying the lobby closed at 10pm and that it'd be open at 6am. When I tried to call the number google provided it wasn't being serviced and said to call back later. Despite the lights being on and cars parked in the lot there was nothing stating their drive-thru is closed/not in service.

Very busy couldn't sit in and eat. The meals were very messy and thrown together. Looked like a tornado went off in the bag.

Update: 13 Dec 24 The last three times through drive thru my order has been incomplete. Missing sandwiches or fries. It's getting frustrating. Downgraded the alloted stars.

It’s a McDonald’s and it gives you what you expect for the most part however they somehow mess up the simplest of orders not enough that I’m angry but if I ask for a 10 piece nugget why are you giving me 7….employees are at least friendly

Terrible location, staff and incompetent screwing up orders all the time and no care of apologies and effort to fix. Manager is useless as well. Avoid this location at all costs.
Worst McDonalds in HRM, Place is always dirty. Staff are not very pleasant and tend to ignore customers. Always have to ask for condiments that are clearly non your receipt. Would not recommend to anyone, management should be ashamed of how they run this location. I wish I had the option of giving zero stars. Originally post this 6 years ago and can report ...... no changes have been made... they should do us all a favor and close Make room for a proper functional establishment, maybe a burger King or wendys.

We asked for large fries, what we got were warm with no salt. We asked for a drink and no straw was put in the bag. We were disappointed as cool fries with no or very little salt is no MacDonalds normal.

Requested modification of my burger. It wasn't really correct. Some condiments weren't put on (I didn't ask not to have those). The one thing I requested extra of (mustard) was barely there.
