Mezza Lebanese Kitchen

Ordered a mixed grill, came with zero sauce on it. So dry I could barely eat it. Ordered a donair with extra sauce, and you couldn't even tell if there was sauce on it. Not a good experience. This isn’t the first time the food was not good from this particular location.

My husband brought home 2 shwarma boxes. Neither of them had barely any chicken in them.. it was more like a rice bowl. He also said the guy working was not very nice, and didnt even give him a bag . I will not be back and we were fairly regualr customers

Favourite mezza location, the staff here are always friendly and attentive. There was a bit of a wait tonight, but it’s always worth it for quality food. Wait times always ensure care, quality and efficiency. Love it here!

Such amazing lovely sweet staff! always a great experience eating at this location. Food is fresh, establishment is clean, and the overall atmosphere is great. Food was served efficiently, quick, and hot! which is always a pleasure.

Really frustrated with our experience here tonight. Ordered 2 chicken swarma plates. They were training a new person and they told her 3 scoops of Swarma per plate, we got 1 scoop per plate which i think happened because they ran out and were waiting for more then forgot to add the swarma. Also no dressing or olives on the salad like asked for. 43 bucks for fries and barely any meat. It doesn't help that you can't see what they are making anymore to correct them while they are making it. Too expensive for this poor service.

I usually just accept my experience here but tonight was beyond. I picked up our order we placed online - I quickly looked in and asked if the sauces were in the bag a didn't see them. I was rudely told yea with an eye roll and when I said I don't see any and then two garlic sauces was almost thrown at me. We got home and our sauces were not there (garlic, siracha garlic and donair based on our receipt) nor did we have any pitas. My meal was all thrown in the container (hummus in the rice pickles salad .. everywhere) with a few pieces of chicken - not worth the money for sure. Anyways this experience was disappointing to say the least. Will not return to the tantallon location.

Hi guys....I don't normally do this but Sunday August 31st was a poor experience for us. We came for supper and ordered a reg and large shawarma. My partners reg shawarma was fantastic but after a few bites I realized mine had no meat. I returned to the counter and had to wait a few minutes before anyone came out from the back. I was very polite in explaining the issue and the employee made me a fresh/new shawarma but again there was very little meat. The amount of lettuce was way overboard so I didn't end up finishing my meal. We have always enjoyed our meals there and will continue to do so.
