I got a footlong ham on multigrain with shredded cheese, toasted, lettuce, cucumber and mayo then i got an apple juice and potato rings genuinely not worth the 32.68 I spent on it and the fact that my sub was so toasted some of it was burnt and my potato rings were half frozen made me extremely unhappy with this visit. Will not be returning

Worst subway store ever. Employees (not giving names) will not change their gloves before prepping another sandwich. If it is busy do not go there as they will give you bad looks and attitude. I hope this helps a lot of customers going in the daytime.

5 people working 1 person ahead of me and still took 25 minutes for a 6 inch sub. Came right before rush hour no cookie's no chocolate milk. The guy ahead of me in line kept sticking his hands down his pants and they didn’t ask him to stop then he touched the debit machine. Gross.

Horrible service sandwich maker will not give you any veggies. If you ask for more they put one piece of a veggie on. super cheap with the veggies and expensive food ! Service not good at all!! Environment of restaurant dirty and they walk around with their gloves on and touch other surfaces with the gloves they make your sandwich with! Who ever owns this location needs to spend some time there and see how the staff are working and testing the customers.

The workers act like the toppings come out of their pay, they put almost nothing on for toppings and refuse to add more, I’m paying 11 bucks for a sub they best be loading it up
Recently went to this subway drive-thru, ordered a smoothie and sub. The following happened:
-Cashier gave out wrong change, was missing over $5 difference. Did not believe me when I said change was wrong so I asked them to print out the receipt where they discovered they were in fact, wrong.
-Sub bread was very hard, likely old.
-Lid of smoothie was not properly attached, smoothie spilled out in my car. Cashier did not want to give out extra napkins.
Do better, Subway Tantallon. I was having a nice day before I visited you.

This location has some of the best employees. Most are Filipino, lovely, polite, hard working, a joy! However, the quality of ingredients has gotten so very bad. idk if I'll ever go back. Ham is not even ham anymore, it's processed leftovers pressed into a round. Meat so thin you can see through it. Same for the cheese. Flatbread is like paper. You have to almost ask for more of everything when adding toppings. They don't put much on. I'd gladly pay more for better ingredients and enough so you can taste that there is meat on it. The place is clean, bright and inviting. Sad it's got to this point. I understand the costs are ridiculous.

Very disappointed in my service today waiting 25 minutes for a sub this guy ordered a lobster roll took him 20 minutes to get it my sub got cold, waiting there might’ve been a top five worst sub of all time and then my Mountain Dew was flat and my cookies were cold and as hard as rock

Went there a few days ago flies everywhere flying on the bread flying on the food ridiculous. I asked for extra fruit fly as well since they were everywhere. Both fruit flies and regular houseflies disgusting

A man who works nervously and does not accept anything is really very bad
I just finished eating my sub (my husband and I had the Canadian Clubs) once finished I needed to use the washroom….however either washroom was in working order…how can you have a food establishment with no working washroom facilities??? Nothing was even posted on main entrance. This was totally unacceptable!
