I was happy to find this place during a bike ride on the Rails to Trails path and boy oh boy am I glad I did. I love wood fired pizza, so I was excited to try their offering. I tend to keep it basic on my first visit to a new pizza place. This way I can see the attention to detail with minimal ingredients. Everything was great! I enjoyed my pie with a couple glasses of beer in the beer garden. What a great first experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Finally, a proper wood fired pizza spot that tastes like Italy with authentic ingredients and friendly staff. 👌I love the fact that they use Italian flour, so I didn't feel heavy or bloated after eating their pizza despite having a slight gluten sensitivity. 5 stars!

Loved the pizza. Servers were friendly. Inside seating was cozy. Also great seating outside when it is warmer.
There's no close second in the area and what they do, they do well. They do pizza and pasta. They don't offer a menu full of things that fit in a deep fryer. Love the backyard vibe and the bar that goes with it.

After a day of drinking, and a day of dreaming about Italy, I can only say I am more the happy to have found the Rustic Crust. If you want a greasy wheel, do not go here. If yo want an authentic Italian pizza, this is your place

I had heard a lot of good things about this place, and recently moved nearby. My fiancé and I were excited to try it, and it was actually our moving day meal. I attended to order for take out, and had three pizzas and a Caesar salad which were ready within 10-12 minutes (One was Gluten Free which added a few minutes). Everything was fantastic, it had a true wood fire pizza taste to it and we were really impressed with the quality. My mother, who is a bit of a food 'snob' (self declared) was blown away from the first bite. One of her favorites is a Caesar salad, and she gave it a 'pass' which is in fact a huge compliment coming from her. My sister also had a gluten free pizza, and she was thrilled with how it turned out.
I didn't realize beforehand that it was such a nice outdoor setup to eat there, and will definitely be doing so in the future. 5/5 would recommend, and will be back!
