The men’s washroom is absolutely filthy. The toilet is askew, black mold in the corners. The sink is black which doesn’t happen unless you go days without cleaning.

Dear Tim’s,
The beverage of hot chocolate I ordered on the day of, 28th of October 2025, at around 11:58 am was rather disappointing to my taste buds. When I took a sip, I had hoped for something rich and velvety on my tongue. But, I was shocked to discover that the said hot chocolate drink was more like water with the faintest hint of chocolate sprinkled in and sunken to the bottom of the abyss. This did of course, ruin my entire week. I have been coming here for all of my high school career, and never before have I had a drink of chocolate with so little chocolate. I am disappointed in you, Tim’s. I would have gone back to complain in person, but I had already walked back to school and my weakened legs were too tired to return from the voyage of the hill. I hope for when I do return, in the near future no doubt—This water, that was claimed to be hot chocolate and that I paid 2.87 dollars of my hard earned cash will be remedied and return to the prior and glorious hot chocolate I have always known, and loved dearly.

Just went on this location for first time and i think it would be the last time. Every other staff members was nice and working well but there was only one staff member shouting and running here and there with zero sense of management. And even having the product in stock she just refused because she doesn’t want to make it. I guess if any staff member having personal problems in their life must stay home and stop other ruining customer’s day. Nothing personal but they need to work hard on their costumer service skills

Tom Hortons has gone downhill. Service is non existing, we live in an English speaking community, however, it is not the default language anymore, what's with that? At least attempt it? The food....slapped together and poor quality, afain, what happened to that? And atmosphere; what atmosphere? Who wants to sit and be talked about in another language? ...yes thats right. Had coffee with a trilingual friend who translated what a staff member was saying about a customer. Will never go there again.

The staff all speak a foreign language behind the counter, and they will talk to you at the cashier in English and also with co workers in their language and laugh. It’s so rude.

Normally this Tim Horton's is a good place to go. Recently went through to get coffee and Tim Bits and they were the worst Tim Bits I have ever had. No variety. 20 of 3 different ones only. Seriously they should have said they didn't have many choices left. Icing dripped right off, because they were clearly too hot when they were dipped. Seriously, quality has been declining for awhile. (Went through drive-thru).

Today, September 24, 2025, at 8:40 AM, I bought a vanilla latte from my van and went to work, but when I started drinking my coffee, the smell of women's perfume was so strong that I couldn't drink it. Please do not use perfume while handling food or wash your hands thoroughly when handling glasses.

Waited 20 minutes in line including the time it took to make everything. Saw people walking out because they couldn't wait any longer. Drive thru is clearly top priority in this area as that moved faster then in store. In store is dirty, drive thru window coated in finger prints, all back walls dirty . Won't be back to this location ever again.
