Tim Hortons

Speed of drive thru is generally quick. Cleanliness of the restaurant has been great any time I'm in there.

Some hit and miss quality control things over time - mainly things coming out like they were toasted in a volcano.

There's also some inconsistency with the drive thru staff and their approach at order taking.

All around, one of the better Tim Hortons you could have as your daily coffee and breakfast stops

Just for simple 3 hot drinks & toasted croissant waited for long time

I will no longer be visiting this location due to a consistently poor experience, culminating in my last visit. At the drive-thru window, staff were loudly yelling at each other for approximately three minutes while I waited. They then forgot and had to remake a paid portion of my order. Finally, the lid of my cup had an overwhelming smell of perfume on it, making it unusable due to my own sensitivities until I could transfer the drink and made my car reak. The unprofessionalism and lack of quality control here are unacceptable.

Not all Tim Hortons are created equal. This location is great. Despite a high volume of traffic every morning the staff here are efficient and most importantly at 8am, always very friendly. Shout out to Raj and Karen who are often at the window with a smile. There are a few others regularly on the window at this location and they are awesome too, I just didn't catch their names. Unlike other locations they rarely are out of common items and their drinks machines never seem to be broken (unlike other locations where it can be hit or miss). Thumbs up to a great team!

I went through drive through ordered a pumpkin spiced iced Capp, I ask for no cinnamon. Well they put cinnamon on it anyways so I went in, well that was not okay apparently because when I asked them to remake it they spit in the new one right infront of me and told me they are not remaking it! I had to go to another Tim Hortons who helped me very well. Good customer service here is like trying to pull tooth and nail.
