I’ve been there a few times now. The atmosphere is charming and colourful. The service is always great and accommodating. The food portion size is hit or miss depending on the dish. Sometimes just right, like with pasta or burger/sandwich dishes, and could be a little bigger with seafood dishes. Flavours are usually just right with no complaints. If I could wish for one thing, and I have felt this each time I’ve been there, is that they would offer a bread course. Heck, I’d pay for it even. But each time I dine here I wish there was bread on the table. Please add a bread course, it would be so great; baguettes, focaccia or biscuits. Yum.
Yes, I’d recommend you give Wiley’s a try if you’re in the area.

A gem not to be missed in Wallace. Plenty of parking alongside the building.
The menu includes Local Oysters, exceptional Seafood Chowder and the most delicious Beet Salad.
I look forward to my next visit to this gorgeous part of Nova Scotia and to Wiley’s.

Fantastic meal today, the Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had! Lobster roll was incredible, with the tastiest bun. Shane is quite a chef, and with two top notch servers you can’t go wrong. Stephanie & Samantha are friendly and very attentive. Chef Shane was even waiting on a few tables. 5.5 stars!!

Fantastic food! We were thrilled to find a restaurant with beautifully prepared seafood. Not deep-fried! Be warned that they sometimes have live music which renders conversation impossible. Ask if it's a music night when you book your table if you are looking for a quiet evening.
We went for our first time of what will be many. Food was great, staff and owners were very friendly and relaxed. We really enjoyed our experience. Basked oysters were some of the best we have had.

My husband and I ate here last night for the first time, and I can honestly say that it was one of the, if not the best meals I have ever had. Started with the crab cakes. INCREDIBLE. They were served with a house made tartar sauce and shaved cucumbers, and the combination was perfection. My husband hates..... cucumber, but cleaned his plate. For the meal, I had the Halibut fillet with a lobster risotto. The Halibut was outstanding. Cooked to a perfection. It literally melted in my mouth, and the risotto, omg. My husband had the Halibut cheeks with saffron rice. Dear Lord, help me, lol. Unbelievable flavors. When I thought it could not get any better, I begged the server to tell me the desserts were not homemade, but they are. Dammit.... We shared the chocolate cake and was very disappointed. That I shared...... unreal. The cake was moist, and the icing was not too sweet. It's just perfect. The service was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. The chef was fantastic, not just for his talent in cooking but for his service. He brought out our food, then checked on our meals. Truly the best in all aspects. It is now our favorite place to eat, and we will back every chance we get. That's all we could talk about on our way home and again this morning when we got up, lol. It was a 40-minute drive for us, but we would drive for 3 hours to go there. Honestly, it's the best place to go. I strongly suggest to everyone to go. I would give this place a 20 out of 10. Thank you, Wiley's

They were fully booked so unable to accommodate us to eat in. It was recommended to us last minute by locals down the road so we understood that - I just wish they had a phone to call to double check before we drove there.
They were kind enough to allow us to order a lobster roll to go which we appreciated. The lobster roll itself was delicious and I would recommend it for sure. Randomly it came with Tostitos chips and salsa on the side. It could do with out that, or with something different at that price IMHO.

Seafood chowder was essentially a bowl of milk with a few vegetables tossed in. Interior decor is quite nice, despite the exterior.

Delicious food, hands down. Taste is out of this world.
Only downfalls are that the portion size does equate to the cost of the meal. Downtown Halifax (CUT Steakhouse) has a more cost to portion ratio.
Atmosphere was beautiful though!
Make sure to reserve a table, as there is limited space and appears to book fast!
Recommend, only for the taste.
