Stopped in for lunch on our way to Peggy’s Cove and had the best fish n’ chips ever! Owner and cook were both so friendly and gave us great recommendations for the rest of our visit. Avoid the tour bus crowds and grab lunch here instead, you won’t regret it!

Visiting this area at the very beginning of October makes lobster rolls a bit more elusive and many seasonal places are already shutting down, but this Food truck really delivered just what we were looking for on our last night in Nova Scotia! The lobster roll was really tasty with a melt in your mouth roll. Fries were cooked just the way I like-crispy on outside, soft inside. The fish and chips were also great…very fresh, flaky fish fillets. The owner and operator was super friendly and helpful and gave excellent customer service! some places really skimp on how much tartar sauce they give you and he had all of the condiments laid out for you to take whatever you needed. I highly recommend to stop here right after you see the beautiful sunset at the lighthouse.
