It was bad experience with westville tim hortons. I ordered two crispy harbanero chicken wraps around 6pm and crispy chicken was not cooked well its hard to take a single bite as well when i went to store for complaint they made a new one with slow cooked chicken but second time grill black particles was on the wrap it looks like grill was not cleaned. I wont recommend anyone to visit there.

Westville Tim hortons as gone to complete crap. They can't get anything right, order a double means 2 cream 2 sugar. They'll put milk instead of cream then fight with you and say it's right. Same with an ice cap they are making everything with milk and fighting with you over it. ( the colour between mill and cream makes a big difference when it's in coffee)
They sit around and talk to each other rather then doing their job. To make matters worse they are allowing other employees from different tim hortons behind the counter to sit around and chat why staring at customs and not attending to the order.
Since 2023 Tim hortons has turn into a big fat joke
Should have to go to 3 different Tim horton's to get a damn order remade Correctly.
Pictures show them standing around talking then disappear for 15 mins why our coffee sits at the window
Let's not forget we now have to watch how much cash we hand over cause they will not give it back unless you ask where's my chain and proceed to try and say there was non

Westville Tim’s has to be the worst I have ever gone to, just went through the drive through and they didn’t get my order right for the millionth time, I tried calling and they didn’t answer the phone, I ordered two large tea and received one tea and one coffee, in the past month I have gone to order my ice cap on the way to work and more often than not they say the machine is broken, another time ordered a large ice cap and was given a medium, charged for large and did not get reimbursed, I am to the point now of never going back 😡service is so bad I can’t even pick a star, worse than a one!

I had my order wrong twice in one day called 6 times to their phone no answer and even had to go back the second time to correct it and it was STILL wrong paid for 4 breakfast sandwich total went back because my first one was wrong added 3 more got 2 of the 3 added and my replacement sandwich still missing one full paid for sandwich so still only have 3/4 I'd paid for not going back a third time in one day total rip off

It has got to be the worst Tim’s yet… they cost get an order correct, I got a hair that was cooked in the egg, it was disgusting and I asked for another breakfast sandwich to replace it, as we had to wait for the second one, we ordered two, paid for two and they tried to give us just one. We had drinks with it, but still, they should know the price didn’t match remotely correct, we repeated our order 5 times and they repeated it back, but it was still wrong. The second one was also made incorrectly with sausage instead of bacon, but my husband said it was fine, he’d eat it. I’ve learned to check orders before leaving, especially from this location. I don’t think I was given a correct order in the past year. I ordered coffee and got tea, ordered a double toasted bagel with cream cheese and it was barely toasted with butter and the wrong bagel. I don’t recommend this location to anyone! The Cowan St location, is a wee bit better, but not much!

We are from out of town and have been staying in the local area for the last couple of weekends and oh my, this is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Three consecutive weekends in a row our orders were wrong, the heated items weren't heated, and coffee was made incorrectly (and on one occasion just tasted like water...). Staff were totally apathetic on all occasions when ordering and when we returned bad and wrong items. I also understand that English isn't the first language for all the staff we encountered but truly this only adds to the issue going through the drive through or trying to explain what went wrong. We will stay away!

It use to be a nice place until they replaced the staff they can’t ever hear what I’m saying and when I’m ordering they interrupted me saying is that everything is that everything like no let me finish my dam order like it’s not even worth going to any Tim’s it’s the same issue

The absolute worst service from any Tims. I ordered a bacon egg on a croissant. I got sausage and cheese on a bagel! And I was the only one in the drive thru, how could they have messed up the order? I brought it back and the female manager (or supervisor) was extremely rude and LAUGHED with her friend/coworker. Every time I go they’re extremely rude, but It’s the closest to work. Guess I’m leaving work extra early to go to Cowan St or Westville road!!!Everyone seems to have similar experiences

Very unfriendly staff at the drive through they never greet you just say the amount you owe hand it to you and walk away worst customer service and poor attitudes at this location and I go there every morning I work only because it’s on the way not for the service that’s for sure. I always tip good service but this Tim Hortons is definitely saving me money that way.
