The absolute worst service from any Tims. I ordered a bacon egg on a croissant. I got sausage and cheese on a bagel! And I was the only one in the drive thru, how could they have messed up the order? I brought it back and the female manager (or supervisor) was extremely rude and LAUGHED with her friend/coworker. Every time I go they’re extremely rude, but It’s the closest to work. Guess I’m leaving work extra early to go to Cowan St or Westville road!!!Everyone seems to have similar experiences

Very unfriendly staff at the drive through they never greet you just say the amount you owe hand it to you and walk away worst customer service and poor attitudes at this location and I go there every morning I work only because it’s on the way not for the service that’s for sure. I always tip good service but this Tim Hortons is definitely saving me money that way.

Purchased $9.00 worth of hot chocolate yesterday, on our way to cut a Christmas ? thought it might add to the festive feeling, only to get three cups off what seemed like hot mud puddle water. I guess at least they were hot. Come on Tim Hortons we deserved and paid for better.

The drivethru was lined out to the road it took 15 minutes to get to the order speaker and from the speaker to the window was another 10 minutes
Oh man. Tried the harvest breakfast sandwich with the plant based sausage. Really good! I've tried plant based meats before, these are so much better. Can't even tell it's not meat. So good. Definitely recommend trying this. Always get a good coffee here, and always friendly employees! Clean store. Happy with my visits here always.

Come here before backshift used to be able to get baked good and coffee lately they are throwing everything away before I arrive and there is no coffee :(

Been going here a few days a week while I'm visiting a friend. They're usually okay one morning I got a cinnamon roll that was hard as a rock but today was where I got annoyed. I ordered a Bacon Belt on plain bagel with no cheese made sure it said that on the screen etc didn't realize till I got back to the house that I got a plain bagel with just an egg and bacon. No lettuce no tomato meanwhile I only asked for no cheese. The wait when I got there was also long "they thought I was already served" till they heard me say to the man being impatient behind me that I was still waiting however they all looked at me when I came in and no one moved to the counter lots of walking around talking to each other and I know mine wasn't the only ordered messed up as I watched a young boy go up saying he ordered sausage and egg and the girl at the counter said "yeah and" the young boy said he ended up getting bacon and egg. They weren't super nice to the poor young kid either.By the time I got to the house I wasn't about to walk back for lettuce and tomato. However I find that they need to up their game and check orders properly and communicate better.
