Had a coffee here this morning that tasted like dirt, and old water. It was most unpleasant. Head for open waters on this Tim's location.

Went through the drive through, asked for a buttered croissant warmed up. Although the croissant was warm, they gave me rock solid butter on the side with a knife.... useless, I ended up having to pull over and attempt to butter the thing and essentially crushed it into dust. Completely defeated the purpose of a quick stop.

I was the only vehicle in the drive thru this morning THE ONLY VEHICLE Ordered a large tea with 2 cream, got to work and it's a COFFEE *** EDIT *** Not sure what happened with this place but I'd give 6 stars if I could now. Drive through is lightning fast, service is unbeatable and every transaction is flawless !

There was not a person to attend to our request

We were a large party, with young children, some of us visiting from out of Canada - we took a LOT of time understanding the menu and selecting our meals. The lady serving us was so helpful , patient and courteous - we appreciate that!

Tim hortons westville does not give you your change back unless you ask. I judt sat there and waited for my cha ge and the forgin lady asked if I needed anything else because I was still sitting at the window and I said yes my change ! So rude every single time I go there. I will take my business else where .

Rude service. Iced coffee tasted like poorly flavored water. Timbits were soggy and sticking together, not much variety. Worth the drive to go to Robins instead. Staff are so nice and friendly. The chocolate brownies are delish.
