Ordered a pizza online through their website at 445pm. Wait over an hour...nothing.

Sign into my bank account to see what time I had made the order (as I couldn't remember exactly) to see that my payment had been refunded to my credit card...?

Called the store...was told 'Oh, no delivery today that's why we sent your money back'

...but nobody had called or texted to tell me so my friends and I wasted an hour of our night waiting for food we thought was coming!!!

Lady on the phone didn't seem very apologetic at all. What kind of customer service is that? Nobody even told me my money had been refunded and that our pizza wasn't coming!!! Will NOT be ordering anything from Charlie's again if that's how they run a restaurant...

Ordered a donair pizza with extra sauce, good thing we did as that was the only sauce we got.

Order by phone and my Charlie’s special pizza was ready on time. Tasted great and will order again.

Edit: After communicating with the owners it's clear they wanted to rectify the situation. The customer service and response I received was much appreciated.The quality of the food is not the same as it used to be sadly, this used to be our go to but the consistency just isn't there anymore.

I have done an Online order And it never Went through contact the owner, Said i couldn’t get my money back really disappointed on that note won’t be there again. ALSO A Girl Named Thwe needs to learn English before going to a work a place so hard to understand her doesn’t not listen Just full on rude on the phone Needs to respect people Just can’t understand her at all. Food just taste wrong not like how it used to be.
