I had the french onion soup not what I get at other restaurants top not covered with cheese that is the best part of getting the soup. My husband got the burger and frys. It was a good burger but ...in 30 minutes he was in the bathroom. Your bathroom 🤫🫣 was discussing three doors i opened had someone's peee or shit and not flushed the one I was in the seat was pisses on i went to another one not bad the floors were sticky walking on them it was discussing .

Very very disappointed with order today on Mother's day, LG nachos, complete mess and hardly any cheese, you always did good on the cheese part, what happened and stone cold, bandara bread is very much lacking flavor like before, spent $60 for a mess ...

My fiesta salad was okay. The atmosphere was okay. The service was a bit slow, It is as consistent as most BP's usually are.

We have been several times in the last few months, and the service was super slow & was nothing special. We went again last night (hoping to use up some giftcards) and it was full house! Our server Sierra was awesome, food was great, and wait was short!

Waited an hour and a half for our food. No update from server or checking in to see if we needed anything or wanted more drinks. After several times of hearing the kitchen staff hooting, hollering and clapping like they were having a game of floor hockey, I finally flagged down our waitress to see what the wait was all about given the restaurant was less than half full. Skip The Dishes orders were going out the door as was takeout. People who arrived after us were eating and leaving and we still had no food. We were told 5 more minutes...that 2 of our 4 dishes were ready and the others were being plated. 15 minutes later we finally got our food. 2 of the 4 dishes were lukewarm at best. The place was FILTHY with food and debris all over the floors. Tables were being left dirty more than 30 minutes after customers left. There was plenty of staff but nothing was being done. The hostess had time to stand at the front counter and drink her Tim Horton's iced capp but didn't have time to bus the tables or clean the mess off the floors? Avoid at all costs!

Lost the Stromboli now disappointed that the Big Dipper is gone. Waitress Christina was fabulous!! Polite funny and prompt. I will miss the service, however my fav foods are gone, so let me know when they return and I will too lol.
