Well, just had a lunch here, place was not busy, we ordered an omlette and a BLT. Told the waitress my partner is allergic to dairy so no butter on toast, she was half half thru and found 3 pieces of dried cheese on the plate... I ordered a black decaffeinated coffee , got one with milk, service was not great.. Omlette was OK but it tasted like he finished it in microwave. Disappointing.

The waiter/server/cook/what I assume is the owner is not at all personable. He came over really quickly to try and get our food order, barely giving us time to look at the menu. Didn’t ask if we wanted water, or about drinks at all—had to bring that up ourselves to get them.
When we did order, he was rude and very short with us.
When the food arrived, he didn’t ask if we wanted any side plates— or plates at all for that matter. He didn’t ask if we wanted ketchup, extra sauces, or anything at all. He didn’t once come to check how everything was, didn’t come to ask if we needed anything at all. We had to ask for a takeout box and for the check by going to the counter where he was clearly more occupied with his laptop than how things were going in the restaurant and quite frankly seemed frustrated he even had any patrons to bother him.
The bathroom is an absolute disgusting mess of its own.
Don’t worry about patrons bothering you—if the service keeps up like this you won’t have any patrons to serve for much longer.
This place needs improvements in all areas.

Ordered the Rueben Sandwich on Rye with poutine
Bread was dry and very little meat/sauerkraut/sauce, thin sandwich to say the least!
Poutine was small, very salty with an almost mouldy taste!
WASHROOM/GAMEROOM eeeeekkkk
As soon as you break the corner for the washroom area, your eyes connects with all the junk/clutter just tossed/left wherever it was dropped, not very appealing!
Now the WASHROOM was very dirty the floors was sticky and grimy, I walked in and right back out, nope not a chance sorry!

I would avoid this place at all cost based on my experience. The cook/server was inpersonable to say the least. Ordering was strenuous at best, and not very helpful. There wasn't any cutlery or plates brought once the food arrived. He never came back over to check if there was anything needed; but had lots of time to play on the laptop set on the bar. The all over service is abysmal. Now, for the food; breading is bland and very under seasoned. Sauce is very limited, but you couldn't get more, as server never returned. The bathroom floor was really sticky, and seemed to resemble a slapped together murder-basement vibe. The kitchen is visible for the public, and with how very slow the place was (empty) you'd think it wouldn't have been so unsightly. **DISCLAIMER** I have been in food service for 20+ years, and 15 years of it in fine dining; terrible service, and mediocre at best food. I know everyone is all "support local" and such, well support something else local.

Came in for dinner with my mum and dad and he was clearly working alone. Kitchen looked dirty and he was running around. When he came to take our order the server/cook/owner started crying because he was so overwhelmed/overworked. He informed us he could not accommodate a gluten free allergy so we left disappointed.

I finally ate here for the first time yesterday with my daughter. Very cool atmosphere and music. Food was delicious. Only one guy working by himself. Greeting people, seating people, taking orders, cooking the food and bringing the drinks, bringing the food out. taking payments. I work in the business, and I have been there. Was very impressed. Kudos! Over all great experience, and will be back!

Have been here before and had a good meal. This evening was a total disappointment!! My husband and I both ordered the new noodle dish but were informed that there was only enough noodles for one dish, so I ordered the chicken burger. My husband is gluten free so he couldn’t have the spring rolls that would have come with the noodles. He was quite disappointed when the server brought out a small soup bowl of noodles. Very pricy for the portion size. It was tasty though. My chicken burger had three pieces of slimy chicken skin and a chicken bone in it. it was certainly the worst meal I have ever had. We were both very disappointed

We always have a great time here. The food is excellent value (best burgers in town for sure!), staff is always welcoming and friendly, and it’s fun to have somewhere to go to play some games with friends. Definitely worth a visit if you want some tasty food for a reasonable price or a fun night out!
