Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket today, every single strip was the size of a chicken nugget and very overcooked. It looked like 3 strips that were cut in half and passed off as 6.

Went in order a crispy chicken sandwich combo and a ranch grilled wrap went in waited 30 minutes for my food while other people with huge orders got there food before me then I finally got my food and left the food was bomb as usual so that's why I give this review

I’ve been to many DQ’s and this location gives considerably smaller portions On more than 1 occasion there are dirty tables even when it isn’t busy They don’t place much importance on cleanliness

I realize we were probably annoying while ordering, not on purpose though. After you spoke perfect English through the ordering process, it didn't go unnoticed when you spoke French and then looked at us. The ice that you put in the cup, didn't help the warm flat soda. I gave it a 2 because my son liked his fries.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service my child and I received at Daily Queen Grill and Chill
During our order, a staff member treated us disrespectfully by carelessly throwing a paper cup onto the counter for my son to get water while he was ordering hamburgers.
This behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, especially considering that my child was present. Such an attitude created an uncomfortable experience for both of us, which is not what I expect when visiting a service establishment.
I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to improve staff conduct, ensuring that all customers, particularly children, receive the respectful and attentive service they deserve. I believe that respect and care for customers are essential components of any service industry.

Furthermore, the food preparation practices are concerning, with instances of microwaved burgers and sloppily made desserts. It is advisable to avoid this establishment due to its persistent shortcomings.
Worst burger I ever had. The bun was super soggy and the burger was dripping with grease. If that was my first experience with DQ, I would never be back, thankfully I know that isnt the case due to other DQs in the province

This place was so filthy I’m surprised the inspectors haven’t shut them down. I wish I could add pictures I took of the outrageous amount of dirt in the window sills along with the sticky seats and ice cream splattered up the wall that has clearly been there a long time. ?

They didn't start preparing my order until I arrived. It was supposed to be ready when I arrived. It was a very tasty burger and onion rings. Haven't been to a Dairy Queen in awhile but I will be back.
