Friday July 25 around 5/6pm. Girl working the register was really nice. Didn't ask if we wanted taters or fries, nor did she ask if we wanted regular or spicy chicken. We eat like 2/3 times a year at Mary's....but everywhere else those questions are asked.
So we received a Batters box with regular chicken. So we thought let's order another one, this way we'll have leftovers for lunch. The second order was okay, but the gravy was liquid this time.... We had business to attend in Yarmouth, glad there's a Mary Brown's. But this visit wasn't successful. Liquid gravy on the left!!

Poor service rude environment foreign employees behind the counter but yet none of them wants to take cash and serve customers at the till they just stand behind in the kitchen and stare and chat amongst each other. Please dont visit. If your looking for good services and food jungle jims just across the way from mary browns.

I tried going through the drive-thru at 8:10 to order a Batter Box, but I was told they didn’t have enough chicken. I offered to wait 25 minutes, but then they said they weren’t making any more because they’re closing at 10. That doesn't make sense to me

Great food but holy cow. Ordered only 13 pieces of chicken and a small chicken bites, 63$. They are polite but never overly friendly. Still like the food but won't be going for a while. Prices are crazy
Wheelchair accessibility: They are in an outdoor mall. Parking is perfect, entrance is wheelchair friendly, and has a power door, no lip to get in. Plenty of room for wheelchairs, canes or crutches to move around.
I had the best experience here this evening. Hope and the evening staff were amazing ? they were all super friendly and had fabulous customer service. Hope went above and beyond. Very satisfied and would highly recommend visiting this store when these individuals are working. I can tell, you will be guaranteed to have a pleasant experience.

2 four piece meals chicken cold and when I went back up they said sorry we don't have any more cooked chicken they gave 1 meal 4 wings and other one was all 4 thighs and very expensive for what we got

I ordered a12 pack of biscuits with the cinnamon sauce and when I got them with just butter that was not a big deal. The blond young girl on counter came and brought them back and just tossed them on the table. This is not the first time I have received rude attitudes at this establishment. I am quite certain I will not not come back. That is a shame your food has improved to a top place to come.
