Ordered food, they lost the order, they told my wife to try again she did and again no order showed up. Charged my wife twice and told us the only solution was to dispute the charges with the credit card company. Left with no food and paid for the order twice.

Went here for a quick dinner today and was pleasantly surprised especially for a fast food joint. My servers Nash and Maksim were neat and patient while making my sub and it tasted great. Highly recommend.

I asked for sauce on the side, they didn't listen. I asked for it toasted... They didn't do that either. I have the receipt with all the details on it so they understood me when I asked, they just didn't follow instructions. My sub was soggy by the time I got home because the sauce was on it. Waste of $20

Don't bother doing mobile order. You still have to wait in line or go thru the drive thru for your order. They can't figure out how to use the mobile order rack apparently.
