Gotta be one of the most dysfunctional Tim Hortons in the entire south shore, no matter how many staff are behind the counter.
Consistently long wait times. They are now parking people for negligible items in the drive thru. Mobile orders never finished so that all items maintain freshness. Terrible customer service. Items consistently wrong. Items consistently out of stock.
It’s truly a miracle from God this establishment hasn’t turned to dust.

I visited Tim hortons and expected good service but it’s totally opposite of it. They didn’t give me wrong food only but also tried to prove me wrong. When I showed my receipt that I was right then they started argument. Very disappointed service with non professional all staff include managers . I guess staff need maturity and should learn way how to deal with customers.
