The food we got was not worth its price.
It was good, tasty, but not appropriate for the amount we paid.
The lady giving out food mixed up at least four people's orders in the little time we were there, and I do not think she was new there, maybe high and not paying attention. People were coming back to get their orders right.
The place isn't bad though. They had some very good looking ice cream there!
The interior was quite cosy.
Parking: Just park in front of the cafe - plenty of space, free parking.

Family of 6 driving through from Florida: We drove off NWT-3 around dinner time after finding this restaurant on Google maps search.
We almost didn't stop because it looked closed from the parking lot with the dark windows.
Initially, I went in the left doors to find out it was a bar and was told the restaurant was on the right side of the building through a different set of doors
The Menu is displayed on a flat screen TV. Prices are higher than most places but due to the remoteness, it's understandable. A family of 6 cost $144 to eat here.
Four members of our family spaghetti wanted spaghetti. They only had enough for one person. Pizza must be ordered 6 hours in advance according to the menu board. We ordered the snowshoe burger (minus tomato and Onion) and it was very good. I did have to wipe some of the mayonnaise off it because it was thick. Others ordered a steak sandwich, chicken tenders and chicken plate which was all dark meat.)
The fries are cooked in the same oil as fish. You can get mashed potatoes with certain meals but not others. Portions were very large.
Overall we enjoyed our meal here and are happy we had dinner here. It was very clean.

Really friendly service. I got the loaded burger and fries to eat in. Locals were friendly and it was a really clean and tidy place to stop for dinner. Fries were fresh and burger was tasty. Lots of great photography and history on the walls!

Great stay, very clean, comfy beds, very quite even though the hotel was full. Rooms have fridges and microwaves, no A/C so ask for a lower level room if visiting during the heat, Front desk personnel and cleaners were very pleasant and helpful. We had a great breakfast at the cafe across the street and there are two stores for supplies within walking distance.
Remote Canadian restaurant and the food is good!
I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with a side of potato wedges and it was $35! I didn't even mention that I waited 30 minutes for one wrap... I don't think the food is worth the price as it's barely 5/10. The poutine would be great if the gravy was good quality.
Great service!Food is very tasty!

For a small restaurant off the "beaten path", they have amazing pizza. If you're in Fort Providence for the day, order one, but order early. Snowshoe burger is really great too.
