This Tim Hortons Outlet left me wondering if they need some guidance on how to run things better. Their truck didn't arrive the day before(not the stores fault) so they didn't have cream or milk!!!! A place that sells coffee that has NO cream or milk???? Why is nobody going to the store and buy some so customer don't stop buying coffee???? I watched multiple people come in for coffee and leave empty handed. Almost no baked goods...I muffin and a handful of Timbits.....because of the truck no showing? Don't know... 4 people behind the counter chatting, full garbage and recycling and no napkins in the dispenser.....pretty sad all together.

Rarely open, when open there is very limited options
This location does it right. Very friendly and all our food was prepared properly. Unfortunately 90% of Tim Hortons locations are not like this location.

Waited 20 minutes for a wrap and a blt, they served about 10 people before they even started my food. Said they needed bacon and it would take 3 minutes. Which was fine... until they got the bacon and served everyone else.. useless staff and useless management
