The food is really good at Boston Pizza. My server Manreet K was genuinely exceptional. She was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit. Not only did she prepare the drinks quickly, but she also kept an eye on our table to make sure we always had what we needed. She anticipated when I might want another beer and checked in at just the right times—never intrusive, just perfectly attentive. Her warm attitude and efficient service really made the experience stand out.

Visited on Nov 21st around 7:30pm. I ordered the jambalaya without sausage, but it came out missing the grilled chicken, shrimp, and Cajun seasoning. Unfortunately, the server didn’t seem to check the quality before bringing it out, so I waited about 8 minutes before being able to ask for it to be redone. Even after the remake, the dish was still missing key ingredients. When I mentioned the issue while returning the plate, the response felt a bit rushed. The bill was also initially added to my partner’s tab without being checked with me, though this was corrected after I asked. I did appreciate that they offered store credit at the end. I’ve visited BP many times and usually enjoy the atmosphere, it’s a great place to hang out and watch a game. I understand the staff can get busy, but this time it felt like the quality and service were overlooked. I hope the team can improve their attention to food preparation and service consistency, as BP is normally a place we like coming back to.

I would like to report two serious issues at Boston Pizza. First, Manreet ignored our table for 15 minutes, serving another table while we had to call out to get attention. Second, the bartender served us a broken glass, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Both incidents are highly unprofessional

We are. 2 guys going to hangout in the boston pizza and there are 2 servers one girl and one boy the boy is kinda busy but the girl standing tall and free behind the bar counter although she saw us waiting to order but she didn't come to serve us idk its feels weird then we call the boy he help us out please provide training to the staff specially the girl thank you i hope boston pizza improves the service

Taken it easy on the garlic. Good spot standard hang out for a few undesirable people all in all ok.
Ordered door dash for a gluten free chicken club and roasted carrots.. The sandwhich was 27$ before tax, smaller than a McDonald’s chicken burger, meat was dry as a bone, and the carrots speak for themselves. Almost totally raw. Barely a few forkfuls of them. Not cooked enough to even eat so had to throw them out. Disappointed!
