The food is really good at Boston Pizza. My server Manreet K was genuinely exceptional. She was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit. Not only did she prepare the drinks quickly, but she also kept an eye on our table to make sure we always had what we needed. She anticipated when I might want another beer and checked in at just the right times—never intrusive, just perfectly attentive. Her warm attitude and efficient service really made the experience stand out.
This was an awesome experience eating at Boston pizza with my family on my sister's birthday. Thanks to babalpreet and bipana for making my sister happy by serving her ice cream/brownie cake.
Came to BPs to celebrate my gfs birthday, the entire restaurant was freezing, got our food then we were never checked on again. Took forever to receive our refills once we were able to get the staffs attention, could not finish our food as we had waited for refills we ordered spicy food. Then when we finally got our drinks everything was cold but we still ate and tried to enjoy the birthday dinner, once we were done the person waiting on us asked if we needed anything we asked...
