Working for Bouwa Whee has been a disappointing experience. Management consistently plays favorites, making it difficult for dedicated workers to advance unless they’re part of the “in” crowd. Rather than investing in experienced, local talent, they often hire cheaper overseas workers, ignoring the potential of long-term, overqualified employees who’ve been with the company for years.
