Working for Bouwa Whee has been a disappointing experience. Management consistently plays favorites, making it difficult for dedicated workers to advance unless they’re part of the “in” crowd. Rather than investing in experienced, local talent, they often hire cheaper overseas workers, ignoring the potential of long-term, overqualified employees who’ve been with the company for years. It feels like loyalty and hard work are undervalued, making it hard to feel appreciated or motivated. This seriously affects morale and job satisfaction. The work environment is that of a dictatorship.
There is little incentive to put in more than the bare minimum, if even that much, especially when in a relief position which offers no benefits, no overtime pay, barely meets minimum wage, and lack of travel coverage from the smaller communities, when they offer it free to the majority.
This review isn’t based solely on my experience or opinions, most of what I’ve shared has been discussed and agreed on with many other employees from one thing to another.
Bouwa whee is more concerned about DEI than quality experienced workers.
They will also take lies as truth without fair or proper investigations.
Worse company I’ve ever worked for. Hope they go bankrupt again just as they deserve.
