Food was really great we ordered stir fried veg noodles …the spice level was perfect. I also want to mention Christina and Tina for their great service. They were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.

I was recently in Yellowknife for some work and tried numerous restaurants, and this was far and away the best one! In fact, my colleagues and I dined here back to back. We tried a bunch of dishes including the salt & pepper shrimp, beef wrap, Beijing noodles, green onion pancakes, braised eggplant and the spicy chicken. All dishes were absolutely scrumptious. My favourites were the beef wrap and the Beijing noodles. I also requested some chilli oil on the side and it was amazing. Can't wait to go back to Yellowknife just to eat here. The staff were very nice.

Small eatery but serves a variety of dishes and meals, and bubble tea.
Had wanton noodles - the wantons are made of pork (not prawns) and are homemade - each batch is freshly made. The wanton noodles (wantons, tomato and broccoli and some spring onion) comes in a large bowl - can be shared between 2 persons (small eaters), or for one hungry person.

We ordered fried rice, lemon chicken and the green onion pancake. The portions were a good size to share with two people. The food was delicious, fresh and filled with lots of flavour. The server was so nice and the atmosphere was welcoming as well. I would definitely come back again next time when I visit!

Just had an incredible meal at Cai’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentic. We loved the tomato fried egg and the Hunan pig foot (love the spice). The service was fast and friendly, and the ambiance was lovely. Highly recommend for anyone craving top-tier Chinese food of Yellowknife. We'll be back!

Really friendly service and a wonderful homestyle Chinese experience.

We ate like kings, with food on par with the better restaurants in Richmond B.C.

I was impressed by the multitude of flavors and unique options on the menu, and wish I could come back every day for a week straight just to try it all.

A highly recommended family style food experience that I enjoyed immensely and hope to return to soon!

Came in for lunch. Sweet and sour fish, spicy tofu, and hand torn cabbage for 2 people. The taste of the food was great in terms of real Chinese food. Hostess was very friendly and informative. Overall a great experience.
