Great Food as always! However, Recently there is a new front staff leader who is extremely rude, abrasive and needs a few lessons in customer service. I thought the first interaction with him was maybe him having a bad day however after the second and third experience at this restaurant it is evident this serving leader is simply rude.

Super friendly staff made the first experience here memorable. The beer selection was full of local brews to try. The wood fired pizza was very nice. Maybe too much cheese if that's possible. The signature wings with garlic parmessan were very tasty.

The burger was ok, it was just like a hunk of meat missing something to give it flavour. Fajitas we good, but far too much filling for the 4 tiny tortillas that came with it. I got take out as to not waste the steak, onions and peppers still on my plate.

Came here to have lunch while in town giving a Keynote for the CPA, met the owners and they are just great gentlemen creating an urban environment with eclectic food in Yellowknife! Phenomenal job to the brothers on market research & creating a menu that vegetarians can enjoy (BEYOND a salad)! ☺️ really enjoyed the portobello burger after craving some veggie friendly food since landing ?

This restaurant looked very nice as soon as you walked in. You could tell they’re trying to be more of an upscale place. The food matched what they were trying to do. I had the beef chuck burger and thought it was cooked perfectly. The food portions were great and left me satisfied. The service was very friendly. I would be very happy to come back here.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received during our recent visit to Copperhouse in Yellowknife today at 6:15 PM. We had made a reservation via phone, but upon arrival, we were informed by a gentleman that our reservation could not be found. Despite seeing four large walk-in tables available, this was not our primary concern. What stood out most was the poor service and attitude we encountered.
I had attempted numerous times to make the reservation by calling unsuccessfully, which prompted me to call the main line. The lady who answered the phone directed me to text for the reservation, and I received a reply stating that they would not honor the reservation as I was too late. However, when I called back the main line again, the same lady answered and graciously accepted our reservation.
After being told our reservation was not found upon arrival, we waited while two groups who arrived after us had their drink orders taken and served before us. Not only were drinks served to the tables after us, but food orders were also taken. We were a party with two-year-old twins and a nine-month-old, which made the delay and lack of attention even more frustrating. Luckily, our toddlers and infant were patient during our eight-minute wait at the door and were okay with us leaving at 6:40 PM.
The gentleman who greeted us and was seating everyone was extremely flustered and did not care to ease our minds, despite the fact that there were other tables available. We encountered this before he even seated us. He had a dismissive attitude, mentioning that the restaurant was extremely busy, the kitchen was backed up too, and the food would be slow. While we understand that busy periods can happen, the lack of courtesy and the delay in service were unacceptable. We were okay with the delay in food and are always prepared for that when traveling with children. Although the waitress should have noticed that our large group of eight was seated first, our issue was not with her but with the gentleman seating everyone.
This was our final night in Yellowknife, and we had planned this meal as a special treat for everyone. I was visiting from Nova Scotia to spend time with my family, and we had been looking forward to dining at Copperhouse. This experience has left us quite dissatisfied. We hope that you can address these issues to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustrations in the future.
Kid-friendliness: No children’s menu, but high chairs are available

We didn’t have a reservation, restaurant accommodated begrudgingly. Front of house representative was very rude, our waitress was nice enough, but not very attentive. The male was abrupt to inquiries and we felt rushed while we ate. Food was excellent, but our experience was soured by the rude treatment by the staff. For that alone I would not return

Can I know what the menu is?
Went there tonight for a dinner. This was always our go too for a night out. Over the past couple years we've been experiencing a downward trend with the food, service and atmosphere. Unfortunately the meal we had tonight was just ok. My pasta dish was overall good but had beans in it which is the flair and was noted on the menu but really overpowering. My wife had the chicken which was not very good at all. Very dry and not tender. Appetizer was ok. The service was pretty slow for not many people in the restaurant at the time we got there, the music was overpowering as well too. Back when the menu had more in house smoked items back a couple years ago we really enjoyed it a lot more. We won't be coming back anytime soon .
