Coyotes is the place to go if you’re in Yellowknife. The owner served us personally, and made the meal very special. He was great with the kids, and was willing to answer any questions we asked.

This is my favourite restaurant in Yellowknife. Food and service are exceptional. I had a 12 oz Prime Rib with perfect potatoes, vegetables and Yorkshire pudding - $40. Music is good bit not too loud. Owner and staff are very friendly. You cannot go wring here. I only come out of the far North a few times a year and I visit here when I can.

We are from the States and Ed did not hold that against us.🤣 He treated us like born bread Canadians 🤣🤣. Food is awesome, Ed and Adele were quite pleasant and so helpful with our Northern lights places to go and view! Ed was very welcoming and did I mention the food???! Thanks Ed!

Ed and his crew are hands the best in the NT!! I will stand on pilots monument and die on that hill!

I can count on 1 hand how many meals I have eaten with my eyes closed & some how coyotes is 2 of 5 of those meals !! The meaning of true northern taste and food lies right here at coyotes!

Every time I stop into Yellowknife my wife and I always make sure to eat at Coyotes! The food is unbelievably good, the atmosphere is nothing more than home & the service? Oh my. Ed is the best for this specific reason! And he goes Above and beyond for his customers!

Best place to eat in yellowknife hands down - the service is top tier, the food is phenomenal and Ed is just the cherry ontop of it all.

We were referred to Coyote's by a man at National Car Rental, and oh my what a treat! We walked in and the owner greeted us and let us know he was fully booked but he actually thought are timing might have been perfect and he got us in.

He recommended many things on the menu and was so fun and welcoming. What a delightful man!

Our food was delicious. I had the NY Steak with garlic mash and veggies. All incredible. Others in my party had the surf and turf, a burger, the ribs and the spaghetti and meatballs. It was all delicious!

He also decided to give us a dessert for free just because. It was a truly wonderful experience and I and my family cannot recommend it enough!

The chef Ed is very friendly and considerate, he customized the order for us and recommended some in house specials which are really good. In conclusion, this is a good restaurant we strongly recommend to give it a try! Especially the Rack of Ribs and buffalo ribeye, AWESOME!!!
