Highly recommended Hong Kong style restaurant. You will miss the store if you are not careful~~ If you want to drink hot soup in Yellowknife Town, Eat something other than burgers, this It’s really good, it’s home-cooked food that you can eat every day~~ We ordered 1. Wonton soup ~ amazing and delicious 2. Hot and sour soup~ The sourness and hotness are really high, which is different from the Taiwanese custom of adding black vinegar. 3. Hong Kong style fried noodles~recommended! A lot of vegetables 4. Beef rice noodles~the taste is as imaginable, relatively ordinary 5. Fried cabbage with butter ~ delicious We didn’t eat sweet and sour pork this time, but we hope to eat it next time~~
The store owner was very polite. We ordered too much and couldn't finish it. We also provide takeaway boxes, There are fortune cookies for us in the takeaway box~~ We also sell toast and coffee for breakfast. Lots of customers and good business?

I am on vacation with friends and family members. We stopped this place for lunch today. We have ordered the traditional Cantonese noodle and fried rice dishes. We all are thrilled with the food quality, and we finished all 5 dishes with no leftover. Every dish was made to order. The ingredients were fresh. Absolutely recommended this restaurant for people who were looking for authentic Cantonese food. The restaurant owner couple were friendly.

Our group visited this restaurant for lunch, and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We were greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service, making us feel welcome right away. The food was very authentic, offering a great selection of Chinese and Cantonese dishes that truly impressed us. While the decor may feel like a step back in time to the 70s, it adds a nostalgic charm to the dining experience.
The prices are reasonable given the quality of the food. Conveniently located in downtown Yellowknife, it’s just across from the Yellowknife Visitor Centre and a short 8-minute walk from the United in Celebration sculpture.

Annette “BEAR” The Bear
It was my 32nd anniversary and decided to order some of my favourite dishes. First of all there was no cherry sauce for the deep fried won tons, and they had almost no meat in them…Boo…that was disappointing. Secondly, the beef in the beef and bok choy dish was super tough…another Boo. The special fried rice was wonderful and the S&S boneless pork was divine. Hopefully they will add some meat to their deep fried won tons in the future. This was a pricey take-out order.

first class family ‘greasy spoon’ with excellent food, portions & prices. old mining town atmosphere that’s been around since the 1930s - nothing fancy but the food.
Cozy little mom&pop shop. Ordered the Shanghai Noodles, satay chicken, and salt & pepper shrimp. The shrimp was on the spicy side, which was a pleasant surpise. Highly recommend if you're looking for good comfort food.
